Uprated headlight wiring looms

Recommended Posts

Hey, just spotted this thread. Put me down for the 4 by 4, plug and play Rolls-Royce version please. Am I too late?

By the way, did you find a supplier of that mating half plug thing you were looking for? I'm sure I found a website that sold that sort of stuff. I'll try to see if I've got it bookmarked if you want.

EDIT: I'm not sure if any of these are the one I found before (bookmarks are on machine at home), but are any of these any use?

AndyVW fitted the 4x4s plug and plays for me yesterday. I can vouch for their quality and just how much care Andy has put into making them not to mention a great fitting service on a hot afternoon.

Just been out to try them on the darkest roads I could find and they make a massive and really noticeable difference, especially on full beam. I can see at night again! :) I'd thoroughly recommend them to anybody who needs to use their Corrado at night. FYI, I was getting 12.1 volts before and 13.4 after.

Andy - Brilliant job mate! Really, really chuffed with this mod and worth every penny. Thanks again and hope to see ya soon.

Vaughan

Many Thanks for finding out those links, but I'm afraid, only to 2 ways are available - I have contacted the supplier & they have never made a 4 way male :(

A custom connector maker wanted a min order of 2000, so I had to give up...

Your name is on the list for a 4 + 4 loom though.

Thanks

Now that they are in production, no more than 2 months, if you are at the bottom of the list...

Cheers.

No problem. Is the loom still plug and play then? What are the implications of not having this plug? How is it connected to headlight?

Also, when do you want payment?

Thanks.

Andy's got a lot of people asking for his looms and as far as I can tell he's still ironing out little issues. Either way let's remember he's doing this in his spare time and I for one appreciate how precious time to yourself can be, so let's not expect him to produce en mass!!! 8)
