1. Ok the spot wasn't made by me, but a mate I work with emailed this that he spotted whilst on holiday in Majorca.
2. Illegal to decat cars made after August 1992....good job mines a January 1992 car.
3. Not many round here either - now Wayne's sold up I know of 1 other.
4. I'll do a video for you when I get home or if your nearby you could have a look. Where are you based?

6. I fitted a resonated jetex earlier this year and I find it quiet compared to the powerflow that was on before but still a nice sound. My partner would previously moan about how fast we were travelling due to the boom from the powerflow and this all stopped when the jetex was fitted (best £400 spent ever). My valver is decat so if you still have a cat then yours may be quieter. I'd recommend one and would buy it from VW Heritage as their service was brilliant but would wait until one of their offers if you can. I use my valver daily and needed one urgent and about a month later they offered discounts on purchases over £100. One thing to note is the rubbers/hangers don't come in the kit as I had presumed and therefore to avoid a 2nd lot of postage costs, you may wish to grab some at the same time. Stuart.
7. Try swapping the fuses totally. When I fitted my heated seats I refitted my fuse box and had an issue with headlight circuit. The fuse appeared ok and lights would occasionally work when fuse box was removed/wiggled. After an hour of so of fitting/unfitting of the fuse box and thinking I'd disturbed wiring, the fuse was checked in more detail and discovered it had a hairline crack.
8. It's the one I spotted on the bypass, I don't think he's member of this forum (or he's just ignorant) :)
9. Wayne goes down in my estimations by posting a "friends" picture.....but the rabbit suit if you must know.
10. Only cos I let you. ;) She goes well for a standard lump.
11. Wayne mentions the power of the VR but only got to watch my spoiler on our blast down the bypass.
12. He can't handle the power of a valver!
13. You best hope that a minter won't cost £20k in 3-5 years.
14. I'll let you have a go in mine if you want a Corrado fix again, lol
15. Both need a clean as you can see in in the photo just before they were removed. but painted manifolds look much better.

I'd be suspecting one of the switches in the mech if it goes up auto but wouldn't retract auto, however you suggest it doesn't retract on the switch too. As you have 2 corrado's you could always swap mech's but what Green Dragon has suggested is the simplest test.
17. Must fight the voices in my head and not ask for spec or photographs
18. Only this morning on my drive in to work was I wondering what a VR6 would be like to drive, then I log on here and wow, she's lovely. I've no idea of worth, but if anyone fancied a sorted 2.0 then I'd be interested and much to the disgust of others would run it as a daily as Corrado's are too much fun to lock away until show days.
19. Just had a look and it weighs a ton compared with nitro 1/8 and doesn't sound as good. Personally I'd stay away from the lesser known brands and stick with big names that way parts (and hop-ups) are plentiful and supplied for years to come. I have 2 Flying Point Probe's (ooo matron) 1/8 scale cars and one was purchased to feed the other parts. They were cheap kits, but showed it in how they bent/broke parts and the braking was rubbish as was parts availability. If you fancy an 1/8 scale then I could be tempted to sell up as I no longer use mine. It's a Kyosho MP7.5 Kanai 2 (not the sport model) with several upgrades, a Picco .28 engine fitted instead of the normal .21, Hitec wheel transmitter, metal geared servos and a fail safe. http://the-corrado.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=81703&d=1433260269
20. No mods in 4 days, pull your finger out and fit some KR cams.
21. Super sticky tyres or what. Covers look good too.
22. He couldn't miss me as it was nose to tail standstill traffic. I think its the one I waved at before so possibly no on here.
23. Spotted this on Bingley bypass yesterday. Let him join the queue of traffic in front of me just for a nosey.
24. 40 mpg is doable with my 2.0 but not often. Traffic sees low to mid 20's, motorway about 36 and my usual mixed b roads/traffic 12mile commute sees 30-35. The brake pedal seems to need a bit more of a push than modern cars, but you get used to it. I replaced mine discs/pads all round for some bosch and they bedding in great and stop well. A few bits you can do to the 2.0 for some BHP without causing reliability issues (touch wood). And welcome to the forum.
