I wonder if they broke the screen and fitted a new one?
-
Nice one Trig... Wing mirrors - don't get the chrome ones from eBay, go to Audi and get the satin chrome ones - much cheaper and genuine parts!
-
ECU relay maybe??
-
kongo127, check the pipe to the afterrun sensor, these leak onto the manifold so you might not se it... To change it just use 8mm fuel pipe but make sure it's best quality stuff that will bend without kinking...

Bono Estente, My old man is looking at ordering a new K1200S but he would like a black bike with a black frame... It would be good if someone could edit the black bike so the frame is black rather than silver like the one in the pic of the blue one... Would also be good to see the wheels in black too! TIA!

Hi David, I've got 3 of the Halfords Pro ones which are superb but they changed them about a year ago and the new ones are not as solid as before... The new ones are more pink in colour (think of old tornado red vs new) and metal is thinner and not as rigid which will make a difference when loaded up. Ball bearing runners a deffo worth having - you need to feel the difference but also imagine them loaded up with heavy tools... Sealey are very good and that is what VW use but I have just bought a new 9 drawer Clarke one from Machine Mart which I reckon would suit you down to the's ground, it's a CBI190 I think and was £140 and comes in a VW type blue but they do a red one which is about £20 cheaper... Quality is very high and will take alot of weight in the drawers, the Blue one that I have also has this black finish on the front and comes with tool lables for the drawer handles... http://www.machinemart.co.uk/product.as ... 3213&g=108 The bigger ones come with hydraulic lifters...

Thats Jim's car! -
The replacement has an extra outlet - make sure they give you the extra clip and blanking plug!
-
There's no real fix apart from new caliper dude...
-
Yeah - have to agree with Walesy here, you'll spend more cash on an old VR6 engine unless you find a very good one and you'll still need to change a whole load of stuff...
-
Erm... not go ETKA to hand but I think this is wrong, the Chassis is different (Corrado is 53i) and the subframe is Corrado specific...
-
strange_one, Yeah - makes a hell of a difference doesn't it!
-
Yeah - Screen comes with the 3 black bits of trim at the bottom... You will also need the white clips that they go into i think - 11 all together... Seal is about £28 You may also need some spacer things but the glass fitter should have these... Best to get it all done on insurance really... (ie buy a hammer and a punch)
