    Unplug it... The ECU will then take a fixed value, if it runs better unplugged then it's at fault.

    Spoke to Trimsport yesterday, they have just made the mould and are taking pre-orders for these....

    markmcie, did you have all the mods in your list just fitted when the charger was done?? - if so that will explain the engine temp increase (mine went up by 10 just after a stage 4 ported charger, chip and pulley...) Mocal kits are about £150 for the G60

    Hmmm... I need quite a bit from looking under Jims bonnet today! Might make some enquiries tho but most TDi engines will be sold as a unit I would think and not broken... What would I need to drive it with at the front end considering I have a standard early dash (no A/C originally)

    Also worth getting them to mix a small percentage of this into the front end parts (wings and bonnet) to help resist stone chips..

    Yep but you'll also nee a 3 legged puller to remove the spline adapter!

    Check you have matching headlights first off (ie not one early and one late)
