    Nah, I don't think they do either - then again why should they?? - they have a superb reputation, they always have work to do without having to advertise and they only charge £40 an hour - most local garages now charge £50!

    You can tighted them up using a new split pin, bear in mind they need a bit of play as they heat up and expand... If they are noisy tho the problem won't go away!

    It won't really improve if your rears are working but maybe they aren't? - If you've only owned the car a year or so they may have never worked! It will make the handbrake alot better, there's an improved mechanism using the existing cables

    What year is your VR? I would get it VAG.Com'd first off to find out if there are any engine sensors not working and causing it to pink... To inspect the upper tensioner you will need to take the valve cover off which is underneath the inlet manifold, the chains are on the gearbox side of the engine

    Yes, they're obselete from VW, Trimsport have made there own from the VW one, it's as good as the original!

    Speak to C&R, they do the mk2-mk4 conversion hoses and the calipers I bought mine at Inters last year and the cost was £121 in total!! £50 for each caliper (no exchange) and £21 for the Goodridge hoses Obviously those prices were for the show but I don't think they ask for the old ones back as no one wants the older style calipers any more...

    When was your brake fluid last changed? and your brakes serviced, greased etc...

    My dealer often orders me stuff from germany if there is now stock in this country, it just takes 3 days instead of 1...

    Yep, your right altho most corrado's also have a location for it inside the rear armrest..

    Same here, was also impressed at how stable the car was at 140+, the only time the steering did feel very light was when I shat myself and came off the throttle completly :oops: Moving to general...
