Cool, let us know -I tried to order from there a while ago but the glass wasn't listed in there normal selection and my mate who worked there had to ring somewhere for a price but never managed to get one...

You basically polish the windscreen with it, it's like a clear wax and the rain just runs off it - But, It only really works well if the rain is consistent and also the speed you are doing, good for motorway journeys and does last a long time!

All the G60's had them, the only Corrado that didn't have them was the 1.8 16v (1988-92)

Yep, always had just the one unit, the late G60's have the same pump as the VR6

I dunno, one of mine actually came off and the MFA started reading 13MPG the whole journey which I assumed was getting from atmosphere pressure

Yes, me and Rodders were getting quite abusive earlier with words such as 'prototype' and 'certainly' being thrown about, we both appologise and if it happens again I suggest a ban to teach us both a jolly good lesson!

I also read somewhere about putting a bit of ATF fluid into the engine and idling it for a few minutes before an oil change - I take it this isn't recomended either!

The new late rear bumpers from VW are £397+vat retail... Sounds like ECP are adding there own tax on...

You can't really call a 924S a 'real' Porker tho Rodders, It was just a coupe prototype built for VW at the time but then ditched for the Corrado :lol:

I doubt that would make a difference, sounds like you have a leak in the pipe that feeds the MFA...

Ant, that number is wrong - maybe thats for a G60 with Aircon?? The belt is a Gates one made for VW, its 663x9.5 (but the nearest Gates will actually sell from the catalog is a 665x10) The part is 037 145 271 (for a G60 without A/C) Don't go to GSF or ECP as the one they list for a G60 is 650x10 and is too short!!

Are you sure he quoted for the PAS belt and not the supercharger/alternator belt?? - Just ring up and order the part number in the parts club list... The number is also in the user manual...
