  1. You'll need to be chipped up to get the fuelling right..
  2. You need the calipers and the rear brake lines, or at least an adaptor to connect the old lines to them. The rear discs and pads should be the same. As for the hubs? No idea...
  3. Fuel pump relay is better to remove - they can't nick another relay to get that working again (if they figure it out). Not quite so easy to carry 'round with you though.
  4. Or getting a better-spec'd one for cheaper, eh Rodders... ;)
  5. "I ain't gettin' in dat car, ya' fools!" The passat + trailer is kinda kewl though. Modded up B5 Passat is gonna be my family car ;)
  6. People keep trying to get into your car when you're outside a nightclub, cos you sound like a Taxi?
  7. I've drawn a blank I'm afraid, John. There's a few Nathans - but jedi-knight is the only one I can see you've been talking to via PM.
  8. Nathan-jedi-knight drives a VR6, not a 16v. I am currently investigating.

For those who don't realise, they are downloadable off the forum ;) http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/download.php?id=1306
  10. Well, just been playing it a bit more. There are some things I do like, but it isn't NFS: Underground... so my opinion? Worth a rent, but not a buy. Its just not as polished as NFS:U. And NFS:U2 will blow it out of the water. Here's a sound clip. Doesn't really do it justice, since it doesn't really sound that bad at idle. But its still a bit of a pants game - sorry guys! Though damage is good. I also like that the Neons are the first thing to get damaged ;) So in that sense, its worth buying to get a Corsa, mod it up, then crash it.
  11. The only thing Universal on the Corrado is the petrol. Oh, and the dust caps. Though apparently the air inside the cabin is the same as outside - yet to have that confirmed though. But seriously, they look kinda cool actually. Good luck with the fitment and let us know how it goes!
  12. Universal, and Corrado, in the same sentence? Ha! You'll be lucky!!!
  13. Well, the MR2 will probably get wrapped round a tree, whilst the Corrado safely drives past... ;) And GT4 was just a rumour - its not in there really.

I fitted new front + rear discs + pads (black diamond grooved) with recon'd front calipers and new Mk4 rear calipers. Plus goodridge hoses all round. Was about £500 parts and £200 labour (including MoT) but very much worth it. Goes like a train, but certainly doesn't stop like one now!

Yeah, the new brakes went on a few thou miles ago. Rear calipers - work! Which is nice. Very rarely need higher than the first notch on the handbrake. Fronts - new callys and the black diamond setup, along with the braided hoses - the pedal feels firm and the braking response is excellent. I don't think I've actually done a 'hard' brake yet, but what I have done has far exceeded the previous kit!
  16. Doh, I'm gutted m8. Well, roll on 3L-T :)
  17. This may sound a little retarded...... but didn't the oil light come on? Mines flickered on when just below Min mark - let alone 2 litres missing!

Funnily enough, its green. The camera just sees it as blue... but I do want to change it to blue ;) As for changing it - documented on Henny's Gallery thread I believe - its just a filter over the LCD panel.
  19. It rattles like it needs the tensionners doing at idle, but alas through the rev range it doesn't have a VR6 roar :(

Not very interesting... but this was me amusing myself through the Dartford tunnel (oi oi!!) Sodding traffic meant I couldn't have much fun... but thats 2nd and 3rd I'm using, so you work out the speeds ;)
  22. She rolled over last night.... and still pulling strong! 8)
  23. Oh, the spoiler doesn't move, sadly.... Probably so you can bolt on some monstrousity!
  24. Well, just been bombing around the streets of some made-up city in a Corrado.... Its alright, is all I'll say. I've only played it for about 20 mins so far, luckily the Corrado is the first car you unlock if you start the 'Classics' career.... Here's some dodgy pics taken with my K700... hehe. As for how I got it? Well....... *cough* BitTorrent *cough* I'd say its worth getting - the actual game is quite good fun so far - and driving the C? Its gotta make you smile :)
  25. I'm sure its saved my life/car a couple of times so far, but the VR6 is a lot heavier at the front, so tends to be easier to lock up. If you like to be without it, then fine. But for some strange reason, I never quite feel as safe when the ABS light is on and disabled due to a fault. Just my 2p.
