  1. Blue_Joe, Have you actually looked inside a g60 throttle body ? There is iF iirc about 2mm max between the BUTTERFLYS. The material would become very thin indeed if you starting enlarging the butterflys themself. Have a look on vortex to do more reserch on g60 throttlebodies...

  4. haha your glad you got them sorted not as glad as me... i can now get my life back to normal not having to spend hours looking a wheels on black corrados... :lol: yr final choice of wheels does suit your car very well though im impressed. Also a big-up from me for the guys at Style-dynamix 100% spot on customer service... :lol:

  9. Yes this is the main crank pulley bolt which holds the crank pulley onto the crank and in which the cam belt runs around hence not a good thing to break on you. I will post prt numbers up but im sure there on here allready if you use the search...
  10. there is a switch inside to flick the beam pattern. do a search on dubforce.net and you will find the details..

I know this has been brought up in the past but this happened to a customer of mine today whist on idle outside the workshop... luckly i fixed it for him woth no problems but it could of quite easilly become a very expensive bolt had he been doing 80 on the motorway when it decided to break... Please replace your crank bolts with one from a dx engine any problems i will supply and fit for cost just so this dosent happen outside our workshop again..

  16. if you feel the need to spray your lights try a spray from a manufacturer called "savage" this is better than the foil-tec one i belive halfords sell ?

  18. sorry majik i dont agree with you there... i had the arch's rolled on the corrado (rears only) and had no rubbing problems even with somone in the back ... just my experiance but didn't need to touch the fronts at all
  19. if your not trying to squeeze every bit of available power from your g60. I would go for the paper filter oem of course! :wink:

  21. looks good ... wouldn't it of been easier to tack strips over the rain channels them skim over them ? good work though ...
