no idea how they got so many CDs to fit!

The laser is on an arm that folds in and out, when the arm is folded back they split the stack of CDs then the arm moves in between them to play it.

Ha ha, I spent a couple of minutes yesterday trying to remember how they come of without damaging B pillar

I have DAB in my Golf and Rado, the golf has a £120 Hirschman (Unsure on spelling) amplified antenna where as the rado has a £25, non amplified antenna from a DAB online store.

Both work well but I do tend to loose the signal at certaian points around the Suffolk coast, but really it is a technologically backward area....

Both are mounted on the roof of the cars.

Could never get the stick on screen antennas to work well.

When my speedo stopped working it was the sender on the gearbox,

I have a full cable and an ebay cable with a cracked version of vag-com 3.11, the ebay is quite restricted in standard form without the crack.

We have other VWs aswell so I need the real cable for them.

If you get a real cable you will have regular updates and if you stick with VAG you can keep on using it for a lot more. Its also handy for all your mates VAG cars aswell as engine faults on fords and other makes.

measure the voltage at the starter, if no power there measure the voltage at the ignition switch

if the fuel pump seems to work then you could be suffering from the traditional failed ignition switch

go for a bigger steering wheel ;)

All of the above !! The pillars are not available any more either , the body shop should be able to sort them though if they are shot . Think I had one of the last sets .

A pillars are available from vw classic parts in the link a couple up, I bought one the other week for 50 euros

And we have 5-6 sets of them at work which will fit on my mk5 ;)

If you have your ECU mapped by revo they lock it so you cant easily use another tuner, they do the same if you try one of their demo maps at the shows.

I also know a guy in Norfolk who could do it for you and put a map in if you want, PM me if you would like his number

I used the hose from a mk4 golf on my 16v rad,

I also used the standard fan and housing, but I did space the fan forward so it cleared everything

I like the style but not the colour

I have a 1.8 16v rad and it runs fine, even on the hot days we had this summer

But, I would suggest the g60 rad as the inlet is on the other end which I think will be easier to plumb in

I'd be interested in a top tint screen as long as it comes with rubber as said above.

Will have to wait till after xmas though for any deposit if OK

definitely keep them,

when they stop them they will instantly become collectors items and you can sell them on E38 as rare

keep an eye on club gti for second hand qpeng, they come up every now and then or there 160 from qpeng

Don't think the mk4 golf will fit but I have seen mentioned that the Seat Ibiza cupra does
