  3. Slightly easier i imagine on a plastic cover than a leather one. Good guide though mate as they are a bugger to remove when you dont know how

  8. Sounding like a scooby does usually indicate coilpack leads or plugs as said above plull them off the coilpack one at a time and listen for any changes in engine note. When Coilpacks fail they fail in pairs ie down to 4 cylinders
  9. Think the mk3 module and loom can be used to get 1 touch up and down but i have no info on that
  10. Late cars ie mine just got 1 touch down on drivers side switch not up as kids were getting their heads trapped etc

  13. Well if you've ruled out the bulb and its not blown then it can only be wiring or switch related. Steering wheel off and then they are accessible from there
  14. Id be checking the lever then mate ive heard of the failing or others have cleaned the connections up
  15. Does the hight beam work...just not on the dash? Could be the indicator lever at fault ?
  16. I find now with the ddi's installed i dont have to check my blind spot as often far safer
  17. Nice beading, i use blue velvet on mine i always think it needs a top coat of something to seal the wax in for longer
  18. The orginal plastic frame was pretty easy to get off on mine bucket of hot water 10 mins later pull them apart Nice write up btw
  19. Usually its the connections that go rusty with age use electrical contact cleaner on relay connections and a bit of sandpaper on the relay spades to get the rust off
