    Door membrane maybe behind the door card. I had water coming in from there everytime there was a big downpour and tracked it to the doorcard.

    Wd40 isnt an anti freeze Vw sell a little bottle to reduce this problem

    Get some deicer spray for locks. I had the same problem the mechanism allows water in then freezes. Before winter sets in i spray some of that in and stops it happening

    If thats the case it could be your heater matrix, take the passenger side undertray out and have a feel around the heater box to see if its leaking from there

    Been chasing an oil leak since the rebuild seemed to be coming from sump gearbox side changed the gasket and also changed the sump and still leaks from same spot. So we think its the crank oil seal on the gearbox side thats at fault so gearbox off job. I also have the MOT on monday to deal with :bonk:

    Uprated bulbs and loom and jobs a goodun. All these newer cars having to use full beam on country roads i just roll with dipped main and can see clearly
