    realy? whys that? Digifant ecu can't give fault codes.(Unless it is the OBD1 system used in california). You can only get ABS fault codes.

    How is the car behaving? Sounds more like an electrical issue either with the guage wiring or the guage itself? Is it driving/idling/pulling ok?

    VAGCOM no good on g60's for this sort of thing i'm afriad. will just systematically start checking things off.

    is it all tensioned up properly? Sounds like belt squeal.

    if funds are tight do a compression check to see if the engine is still producing healthy numbers b4 ripping engine aprt. :wink:

    I'm guessing it's because the pictures are too big? Just shrink them in a pic editor like windows paint etc.

    don't know but how much boost is the m45 putting out? Maybe satrt your own thread in the 8v forced induction thread save hijacking this one and upsetting the Op. :)

    check the 100meter vac pipe between the throttle and ecu is connected and in tact.

    exhaust gas temps rise fairly quickly. I'd worry about engine temps for now. 8)
