your ignition timing is retarded too far i think,, so eitehr dizzy in wrong location or when they replaced teh belts your cam timing is a tooth or so out

yep the LUK friction discs seem better than the sachs ones,, i have seen a few sachs rip their centers out,, i am using a LUK VR6 clutch from GSF on my tuned G60 at the mo and have been for about 2 years now,,

try one with 240 bhp!! 8) I need a ATB diff 8)

you just need to make sure it has the large pear shaped inlet ports with the injector cut outs above them,

yeah they are prob trying to fit the lines to the little metal pipes on the calliper, these can be deleted when you use the goodridge hoses,,

not sure its the same spec as my mate vealige nigh on and his is 240 bhp,, its quicker than a teg R and a corrado Vr6 so must be fairly powerfull,, and also my mates 200 bhp mk2 golf,, raddo is a fair bit heavier than golfs and tegs,, certainly goes well,, Ill have to bring it to the next RR day and see what she is pushing out,, maybe 200 ATW + if i am lucky,,

wiring loom, sensors etc etc etc for the dta will have to be taken into concideration,, teh qpeng kit would end up cheaper

you sure its not 3 wire even though it has a 4 wire plug the earth just grounds on teh engine mount,, part you want is from GSF,, not listed for corrado but has teh correct plug and wiring and is cheap as chips,, part no gsf is,, 93032

q peng has a fully mappable mbe ecu,, you just need somewhere that will remap it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, think ben is on haltech

if your running those mods then it will still be ok to run the qpeng you just need to find a tuner who can tweak your map on the MBE management,, 8)
