You will no doubt need the engine to be crated up before it ships otherwise it will be either dropped and damaged or have parts removed from it in transit. If the company selling the engine are happy to put it on a pallet for collection most shipping companies can arrange collection, crating and shipping as a complete package but obviously it will cost. The engine carrier is the part under the rad etc not the subframe itself but I do have a 16v subframe.

I have got rid of most of it now, what else are you looking for?

Learn to weld instead, it's what I did. ok yes you have to buy a welder as well but its damn satisfying doing stuff yourself.

New MOT rules this year mean that they should be checking for this now. If it doesn't light up and then go off will result in a fail.

You can definately get 16x7 RX's 1 piece rims, I'm looking for 1 as a spare at the moment.

Although not standard Samco and now Roose make standard 'look' hose kits for the VR6 and can probably accomadate the 16v and 8v brigade from the hose kits of Golfs etc.
