Guest Posted July 12, 2008 Looks like a nice original car, I loved my old VR, but I just couldnt ever seem to like it as much as a mk1 or mk2 golf though for some reason :shrug: the engine was superb mind and the sound of a VR is something to appreciate Heres the Various guise`s mine went through in 4 years :lol: 2 sets of rims and 2 different Jetex exhausts, 2 sets of head lamps, 2 sets of rear lamps :lol: and apart from the exhaust and FK coilovers and BBS RS rims the rest always ended up being put back to standard :lol: was a great car, shame ya keep em all Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Thanks, not too sure what wheels they were, i got them off a guy on ebay. I know they are from the VAG range and liked them as they looked very oem in my opinion. mrbeige 0 Posted July 28, 2008 Replacement steering wheel and serpentine belt tensioner fitted on Sunday, curtosy of Mr and Mrs Dunn :wink: Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on they way you look at it, discovered that the water pump is on the way out whilst doing the serpentine belt. Going to sort that at the weekend :brickwall: Oh and the airbox now looks like swiss cheese :norty: Gav got some more photos too, and a couple of flyby vids........
