  1. I'm up for a set of Black Mats depending on price. Any chance of a Storm logo too? (I can't see the photos, link is dead)
  2. I've just replaced all the interior bulbs with LEDs and I stumbled upon this thread. I bought the LEDs from here.. http://www.ledperf.co.uk/pack-interior-full-led-pure-white-for-volkswagen-corrado-p-3194.html The Interior Lights, Cig Lighter & Rear Spoiler Motor are Fuse 21 which should be 15 amps! Glovebox Light & Rear Spoiler Control Unit are Fuse 16 which is also 15 amps! I'm a bit worried now. Especially if the boot light goes up as I won't notice it until it's too late!
  3. From VW/Audi DH009100A2 for the Adhesive D002000A2 for the Adhesive Remover (in case you get some on the bodywork ;)
  4. Went with Hertz in the front and Focal's in the back stock shelves. Dynomatted the doors a bit too. Very happy with the sound although I have the Fader moved almost all the way to the front now. I have a Stealth shelf in the garage but it weighs way more than the standard shelf and 6x9s and their wiring intrude a lot into the boot. Ideally I'd like a small sub and amp in a box around the rear wheel arch. Audioscape used to make these I think.
  5. The Fitter has checked his e-mail and is sending me the right adhesive and some instructions. I'll post up how I get on.
  6. I would do Stu. But the fitting was done in the UK and the car is now back with me in Germany. So I gotta take care of it myself. Shame really as the rest of the job was as good as everyone on here who'd used them said it would be. At least they didn't go the other way and completely fill the gap with sealant. I can see the bodywork around the screen when I pull the seal out. It's all like factory. So how should I go about it and what do you recommend as a sealant? And you're right Jim. The part no. is 535 845 127A £26.80 from VW heritage. And the picture on their site is exactly how it shouldn't come :) https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/535845127A/front-windscreen-surround-cover-section-corrado-89-95/ Looking at the trim today. I'm sure it's new and it's not kinked. They just were too careful with the sealant.
  7. Or maybe they reused the old push-in seal? I wasn't there at the time to see them fitting. But it is a fitter well known and regarded on the Forum. Does a new push-in seal come with a new screen (Pilkington)? I see the seals are only £7.50 535853307A01C
  8. Thread Resurrection :) I've got the same problem. First "spirited" run today after having the screen replaced in December. The outer seal across the top of the screen keeps popping out. There is sealant in there. But not a lot of it. What should I use. Sikaflex, Wurth Classic Plus, Tiger Seal? Should I cut the existing sealant out before reapplying? Never done this job before and I know this area can be a rust trap. Mine is like factory at the moment.
  9. Nevermind. Got it. E90-85-033-02-22 - "nur für Fahrzeuge mit Plusachse" Only for vehicle with Plus axle. Thanks again, these are a steal!
  10. Sean_Jaymo Thanks for that. Which one is the "Plus" setup? Art.Nr.: E90-85-033-01-22 or Art.Nr.: E90-85-033-02-22
  11. Ride height looks perfect and I had Bilstein shocks on my 16v Corrado for 3 years and many miles without bother. Which of the two kits on this page is correct? At €600 or £474 delivered, they are suspiciously cheap and I'm wondering why the same kit fits all models? http://www.im-tuning.de/AUTOTEILE/Fahrwerk/Sportfahrwerke/Volkswagen/Corrado:::1_366_784_885_1457.html
  12. How are the Billy B12's now after a few months? I'm thinking of the same kit for mine.
  13. That would be a nice low cost option. Anyone have suggestions for Springs?
  14. You think it's this particular setup that doesn't work then? Can I get away with just replacing springs/shocks or both at the rear to raise the ride?
  15. My car is doing the same. A good 20mm lower at the back than the front. I also have Eibach Pro springs and Boge Turbo shocks. Do I need to swap the whole lot out? They were fitted in 2012 and since then I've covered about 5k miles! :( I'm worried if I spend £800 on KW Coilovers or £600 on Bilstein B12's the problem won't be resolved. A costly experiment!
  16. JC. Can you add the fitting instructions to the first post please. It's a bit of a nawse trawling through pages and pages of posts to find them. Great kit btw. Thanks for the effort! :afro:
  17. Shiny! Have you any other shots? My motor looks the same. Different BBS wheels though.
  18. Cheers Alex. Good tip there. The tints look ok on your car, nice colour BTW Ice Grey Violet? I'm looking at a 70% tint for mine but still debating over it. Thanks to your info I know I really cannot touch the front windows. I think even 70% film would take them under the legal limit for VLT anyway. The rears are a bit of a nightmare too apparently. As there is no black border around the glass like on modern cars. Just plain glass and then the seal. So there's no forgiveness if the film is not cut exactly right. Plus you can't remove and refit the rear quarterlights. Ideally you'd want to take the glass out to tint it perfectly.
  19. Scheisse! Nevermind :) Let me know if the deal falls through.
  20. £35 for the inner and outer red rear lights? Plus P&P to Germany.
  21. Steeped it in Vinegar and Salt solution for 30 minutes. Followed with Bicarbonate of Soda and water for a a further 30 minutes. Now working fine. Cheers!
  22. Ok now working in one direction but not the other. More cleaning needed methinks.
  23. Thanks for this guide with Pics. I had the same problem. Last week the Passenger seat wouldn't adjust backwards. Then yesterday the forward movement stopped. I've just taken the switch apart. Luckily it wasn't broken like yours. I've soaked it with contact cleaner and worked cottons buds around the inside. Off to the car park to test. Part no. 535959855B (in Satin Black) €110 from VW here in Germany. I read on a German Forum that an early interior Sunroof switch 357959855B will also work and they're about £50.00
  24. Cheers Jim. Just had a look at his website. He's the man for me :) http://greghowell.co.uk/
