  1. Ya pansie, take it easy and you'll be fine. You might need some new tyres and/or brake pads after tho ;) Not sure about track insurance, I need to find that out.
  2. That is feckin rude, but at least it was only a TT not a 'rado ;)
  3. Well they can't be that bright, so maybe they failed geography? Or just been watching too much Fast and Furious?
  4. Some more pics for you, namely the cloth Recaros and my 'mods' to date...
  5. Yeah sorry, I was just suggesting that we all turn up to a nominated track day and each pay our money. A kind of get-together at a track day rather than dedicated Corrado day. Day at Donny doesn't sound too bad, especially for £95 ;)
  6. http://www.letsbuycaraudio.com http://www.cel-direct.com http://www.bassjunkies.co.uk http://www.caraudiodirect.com Should be good for starters ;)
  7. Well now you mention it, I was thinking of organising a Corrado Club track day. I think it'll be a better bet to just get a load of people to turn up to a regular track day though. That way you don't get laden with a huge bill it people don't turn up. http://www.bookatrack.co.uk/-pE Any dates take your fancy?
  8. Especially as they're just fake - you can see the standard exhaust still behind the bumper. The ride height is almost competing with mine too
  9. The standard springs are a bit softer, so you won't get such a crashy ride, but they are also higher. TBH I would replace both the shocks and the springs rather than just one, because they'll be much better matched to each other then.
  10. I have a feeling it might have been from Ford? - http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12713 Not 100% sure, but it sounds likely
  11. I just replaced my rear suspension with OE stuff which set me back £160 in parts for the shocks and springs. The old springs were VERY tired though, the ride height went up about 1"-2" ! Which is a bit tractor like to say the least, but it did transform the handling! I just need to do something with the front now.... :( Suspension choice has been talked about a lot on here, I'd have a search to see what you can come up with. Uprated stuff will certainly look a lot better then OE stuff with regards to ride height tho ;)
  12. http://the-corrado.net/how-to/index.php ... tails&id=4 ;)
  13. This is an interesting thread, because come OEM exhaust disintegration day I was thinking of going for the Milltek. Opinions seem to be very divided between the Magnex and Milltek though. If the Milltek is much cheaper and they have the superb customer service that it sounds like, then I know which one I'll be going with.
  14. IIRC OEM VW ones are red Beru ones. They're supposed to be good, but they're not cheap
  15. It's really strange, the monkey journalists took the G60's out on test drives and thrashed the nuts of them from cold, then all of a sudden the G-Lader blew up. For no reason at all.
  16. so does it mean mines got cruise control aswell :D also i still havent seen what speed it levels out at thou :( just keeps pulling :) I tried that and my passenger soiled himself, so I had to back off. I think I'll stick below 140 in the future tho ;)
  17. I think it may have been his hair style that caused the whole accident.... Alright, alright, I'll get it cut!  All I have to do now is find a place round here that won't give me a chav special... Admittedly, my record isn't quite as bad as Eug's and I'm working on making my C pristine, so I guess it's all good. The smash isn't gonna do wonders for the resale value, but heck, if I was worried about that I wouldn't have gotten a C in the first place ;) Can someone remind me, what was this thread originally about?
  18. Oh dear oh dear. I thought it had a big bonnet fallus, but it's just he mailbox
  19. I never was that quick at getting showered, and especially slow at getting dry. I hate putting clothes on when i am still wet. I just want to know what they were doing in the shower together ;)
  20. £140   blimey, don't bother then mate! And an HPI check is seriously recommended.
  21. Argh, not 2 Star Wars threads on the go at the same time, surely!
  22. IIRC it's about £50. And yeah, go for ones that are for sale on here, then it shows that the seller has at least some idea about the car :)
  23. It's now almost got more new parts than yours has Kev :norty:
  24. Nope :( Not even one of the ones with a dimple :(
