KADVR6 replied to -Neil-'s topic in General Car Chat
well acording to my mom & dad, it is possible in a mini (disgusting thought), they did it 36 years and 9 months ago in a mini. -
well thay are done, very easy to do, you just need to trim approx 3mm from the back part of the rubber, as they are slightly to long?? i agree even £61 is a bit much, but its better than having dried wax and bits of polishing cloth trapped in the holes, and as for having a happy birthday gaz the geezer not enjoying today!! another 4 years and i'm bloody 40 :(
-
got some from gpc at inters yesterday, £61 all in. just gonna put them on now 8)
-
no need to apologise mate, 8)

sorry, what i meant was JIM they charge you £6 for the silicon hose at the time of purchase, and put it in the box for you.
-
looking very nice :thumbleft:
-
on the box does it say 85/150 on the white sticker?? if it does, its the right one, you just need some 80mm inside diameter silicone hose, and if you did not specify it was for a corrado, you would not have been sent it, as if vince relises it's for a corrado he will charge you an extra £6 for it,
-
more wheels nick?? well i saw a set of these on e-gay last year, they were also mint with 205/40/17's and they went for just under £600 bargain if i remember right. but you could get £700 from trig for your wheels?? or are you selling these??

when i took mine off, i was left with that horrible glue, just used some of the girlfreinds nail varnish remover, came off very easy. one side took about 15mins to get clean.
