Been told you cant get the silver badges for RCs anymore sadly - the ones I have have seen better days. Does anyone know differently - there some are actually on sale? Or alternatively has anyone seen pics of RCs with different badges - like the black and silver/gold? Thanks

I've got a thule roof rack too - as soon as the weathers decent then the bikes will be on the roof and off to wales :) Who cares what it looks like!

vw indeed only supply this pipe with the full inlet. its still not worth 90 quid though! -
Kip do the radiators you're discussing with Kev have non-plastic ends? Would be nice to have an aluminium one.

Simon I'm fitting the neuspeed shifter which is a complete replacement for the shifter. Should be excellent after. Will let you know... AwesomeGTI sell them

I've not read through every page here - and everyones members threads - but what sort of problems/issues can you expect with trying to achieve a reliable VRT? I.e. one that can you can easily do a 2-3k alpine roadtrip completely trouble free and without any complications...

Shame there's no way to run a bmc with a short runner... You do lose the VRs original engine note with the short runner don't you?

Yeah, Stormcharged is using one on his VRT. I went for the ATP manifold too, its a very tight fit with the master cylinder and reservior. They get relocated though?

arent some people now using the ATP manifold? And did i read correctly that the ATP manifold wil come in a RHD version soon?

No worries Dave - I'll offer it up against the fan - but not yet in a position to remove the entire arrangement. Is there anything I could help for the design or measurements? I should really have thought of this earlier - blinded by the pics in the previous post - theres a good chance that the mounting holes could differ between brands. I'll check mine later

For the effort and money involved in changing to AWD/RWD plus turbo'ing, I'd sooner buy an Elise, Caterham, M3 or even an R32, depending on the intended use. Not that I've had a wealth of experience taking a Corrado on track (once - and loved it) or driving 400bhp (275ish for a while) Corrados - but when you have that money to spend, it would be worth considering other cars that might be better placed/more focused for the job. Just my opinion.
