I've fitted the ddi gauges and while they are lovely, everythign works as expected bar the rpm needle. It seems to 'stick', e.g. i rev to 2k rpm, the needle stays at 2k rpm. It also seems a little 'slower' to react to rev rates than previously. Is it just a case of it being on too tight? Anyone else had this and needed to adjust? *dreading the thought of having to do all that pita work again*

once i got it out, if you look at the underneath - theres a raised strip thats causes the removal (and insertion) to be so difficult. Its got diagonal lines inside to make it stronger, full width of the glovebox and around 2" in depth. I filed it down at the ends and I got it in in seconds. = no more annoying glovebox removal problems

always wondered about this - does fitting 1st and 2nd gears to a g60 box reduce the use of 3rd and above? i have read that a mk3 2L 16v gti (i think...) box has great ratios for a g60 - strength i'm not sure on. someone here will correct but sure its that box.

Standard Corrado 4 stud wheel bolt sizes are: Thread - M12x1.5mm - fine pitch? Seat - Radius HEX - 17mm Thread length - 23.5mm The wheels I'm using now don't have the standard seats - instead they have 60 degree radius seats. After having a search online I can't find bolts with the correct thread length - best found yet is 26mm, see here: http://www.priracing.com/product.php?xProd=679 Can Corrado hubs (G60) take longer bolts? Not sure if the hub seats have exits or whether a longer bolt will fit the 'bottom' of the thread seat or not? Are the 26mm bolts above ok to use? Thanks for any help

good luck! was thinking of going to rotterdam->germany->prague->nurburgring->france->belgium->rotterdam next year with a few friends... would be excellent!

could be due to knackered rear engine mounts? will increase the rocking motion that'll help it crack
-
@Crasher - any more info on the supersprint items? i have one and it works very well

so Will what did you do in the end?
-
you might want to include the air feed that sits underneath too -as a complete induction package if you like.
-
thats cool - bending one of the tabs holding it on will straighten it up then :)

g60griff - remove your handbrake and i'm almost certain you will find the spot welded panel it attaches too has cracks in it from stress over the years. It leans the same as mine and I'm now having to get it re-welded. Worth checking while you've got most of it inc the seats.

you should go for the g60 rocco personally. good fun - even if you keep it for 6 months - will be a great laugh.
