g60bv, am i right in thinking that VR6 front discs won't work because the offset is different ?

Does the G60 Corrado have the same front discs a Seat Cupra ? If so what year model Seat is the same ? I'm having trouble getting front discs here, as no other VW has the 280mm discs. VW want $150 each and can take up to 4 weeks to get them. To confuse things more, i'm converting to 5x100, using VR6 outer CV's, hubs, bearings and rear rotors. I've been told that the VR6 front discs won't work because the offset is different, so the best thing is to redrill the 4x100 discs like this .... viewtopic.php?p=657169#657169 Any thoughts guys ? Yes i'm pretty sure they will, the complete kit with rotors had 280mm discs.

Cheers mate, they're 7.5" front and 8" rear. I'm liking the fact that they're ET33 up front, same as standard G60 BBS, so it should still handle well.

Was thinking the same thing myself, however its is a left-hooker so could live in a country with minimal rain? The car is in America, i've seen another guys car there who deleted his windscreen wipers so i guess its OK, stupid mod to do if you ask me though.

Hi, you have to pry the rear end cap off with a screwdriver, then they'll pull out of the groove in your roof, then the front cap will unhook. Cheapest place to get the original VAG roof rubbers is www.gpcvwaudi.co.uk .... about 35 pounds each i think, get 2 new end caps as well.

Go to www.ARZtuning.de they do a windscreen seal kit with the parts you want .............

No Haynes for the Corrado mate no, most people have the Bentley published official factory repair manual, they're not cheap though, try www.amazon.ca - i got mine there, cheapest i could find it !
