the Meteor is actually based on the Merlin,as it was effectively a detuned and simplified Merlin for use in a Tank
-
tbh the recommended MOT fee is £50+.........so getting it for £40 is a decent discount
-
I keep mine FVWSH'd by supplying the oil and getting VW to do an annual oil change, obviously dearer than a specialist but not too much.......for anything other than that I use a specialist/mechanic mate
-
big thanks to JIMMI for the speedy delivery of VR "crack" pipe,PAS pump and coil-pack,had them within a day or 2 of sending him a CHQ so obviously wouldn't have cleared before he sent the goods!! and all were as described :D

Another unique model sold in the UK was called the Champagne Edition sold for the 1992 Model year and fitted with a VR6 engine. The Champage edition was fully optioned and was only available In pearl white with red leather interior http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VW_Corrado champagne.............sounds like campaign.............lost in translation perhaps, and where did they get the pearl white colour from

well if its a 94 then it won't be a Storm,so therefore won't be mystic blue unless its had a colour change
-
there should be 2 on the car a paper data-sheet one on the inside of the rear panel and a orange coloured sticker on the inside of the driver's side wing behind the air-box what age/model/year of Corrado is it btw?,or post pics and see what the consensus of opinion is
-
if its Mystic blue it'll be a Storm...........unless someone's painted a non-Storm Mystic what age/plate is it on btw?
-
