  1. I did put up list of parts in servicing with all the parts club prices... Unforunatly the Rad is no longer on there but the last one I had listed the VR6 rad for the corrado at £70 as well, maybe worth calling the dealer again and asking for a discount
  2. You may want to just get the cable changed for a new one
  3. Trimsport and Eurotech are the main places for shiny bits... Also look at Awesome GTi etc
  4. You Scotts do have some strange measurements, how many Limes do you get to a gallon over there? Yes it does sound like you are loosing boost, but I would take it back asap if it was done at a dealer!
  5. Yeah, i'd take off the Storm badges, you should be able to sell these for silly prices on ebay anyways as alot of people with Storms have lost badges for variuos reasons and want to replace them
  6. Who the hell did your service?? - Volkswagen! :D
  7. Good seats to re-trim - I've never been a big fan of 'velour' i'm afraid...
  8. Yes, the very early ones didn't, some also didn't have electric windows...
  9. Sounds like its fine then, must be just a sensor somewhere not working to screw up the MFA readings... I'm not sure which ones affect it apart from the speedo of course and the petrol gauge, which I assume are both fine??
  10. Yeah, try and work out the real values to compare...
  11. Yeah, most of the screws are the same as the ones out of the mk2 dash so its worth getting some spares from a breakers but VW dealers will sell them off the shelf in any quantity, there 7-10p each...
  12. Here are the latest prices... Updated document for 2007 prices - Early Headlights very cheap again!
  13. Where did you get the service done? and what service was it, IE what did they change - may give you a clue... plugs, leads etc?
  14. I think most people are using Pagid (OE fitment - so match well with original discs) or Pagid fast road, which as Andrew says are very dusty (and will therefore wear quicker than the normal ones) but give superb breaking from cold, I am using these on my G60 with original discs... People will find combo's of discs that work fine but obviously manufacturers will design there own pads and discs to compliment each other, I will probably get Pagid grooved discs on the next pad change.
  15. Yeah, good to meet you Jim and nice to put faces to names.... The first C I saw on the way down was endor71, who was going fairly fast! - I put my foot down but shat myself when I saw 140 on the clock (G60 still pulling) and let him past (the nutter  ) - sorry about that Chris! Bought a few bits of club merchendise and purchased some Koni TA's off Majik Big thanks to all the people who organised the event, especially James and Debbie Shillaw, was a good day!
  16. The pump is accessible from a panel in the boot just behind the spare wheel...
  17. Can't find a pic of the Zender I had but here's the 'original' one...
  18. Are you losing any fluid? - I suspect you have a leak in the system, most likely the master or slave cylinder, these can leak internally at first so may not be visible and also air can be drawn in to compensate for the fluid loss - get it checked out asap! 4 years!!!
  19. yeah, I'm with them at the moment but will change next year so I can protect my 4 years NCB
  20. On its own it will only add 20-30 but if you combine it with a 'motorsport' touring strip and a reversed baseball cap....
  21. Yeah, I heard there were 3 late registered ones on a P, I've seen one which was a VR
