Just sorted mine out with Adrian Flux - 28yr old, 7yrs no-claims - £425 fully comp with all mods declared and protected no-claims to boot... Brentacre/Greenlight/Privilege (my previous insurers) - tried 'em all and none of 'em could beat it...

Well, at least he's done something different... The lights might look ok if the shape or them was a bit closer to the rado's original lines, but that MK4 front end really doesn't do the shape any favours, does it?

None of them are really huge jumps, but seeing as we're now listing all of 'em... ;) Vauxhall Nova 1.0 -> Fiat Uno Turbo -> Mk3 Escort XR3i -> Fiat Uno Turbo -> Seat Ibiza 1.5 -> MG Metro -> Peugeot 405 SRi -> Citroen ZX Volcane -> Citroen ZX Volcane -> VW Passat 2.0 8V GL The Fiats were basically tissue boxes with windmills on the engines but were a hoot to drive, the 'scort had a Cherry Bomb tailpipe on it that you could hear half a mile away (and got stolen from outside my house without me noticing :oops:), the Pug was white and basically a taxi, and the two ZXs were a hell of a lot better than they had any right to be - in fact, if the headroom wasn't so poor in them then I'd be driving a ZX 16V now most likely as the later ones had 167bhp as standard! Nice... But then I wouldn't be here, and know all you fine people...! :lol:

Well, I'm not too sure but I think I might have used two layers of blue filter...! If I have, you could just remove one... ;) Or am I being dappy, and there's only one layer of filter? :roll:

Guess I'd better watch my back from now on... ;) EnthusiasticEdward - don't be put off by the responses you may have had - I think that joining a forum and instantly making comments like you did may have been a bit unwise and inappropriate, but we are actually all really friendly here! And yes, the ladies here are here because they get treated equally, so insinuating that their looks have anything to do with it is probably not the best way of making friends. When all's said and done, breathe deeply, admit you may have been a bit daft, and I'm sure there ain't gonna be a problem... Bygones, everyone? I wish you luck in your search for a car!

I'm not a fan of multispokes on the rado, but for some reason these don't look too bad...

Well, I can tell you of one that fulfills both criteria mate, but I can assure you she's taken...! ;)
