Well believe it or not after all my troubles its still only at 6750rpm, with how its mapped i need to ideally be changing up around 6500rpm as the boost is tailing off and torque is dropping off, but its holding 300bhp from 4000-4500rpm to the redline off the top of my head. So if its the 8k 16v gauges you are talking about then no in the end its still the original stuff in there. Still need to sort a couple small issues really and alter settings change parts to make it worthwhile raising the limit further. Individual coils not the single coilpack with wasted spark prob a change of cam and set vernier differently and the old favourite more booooooooooost

You should think of getting a car bra to protect the bonnet mate. -
Found this and something is missing can you guess. Looks spot on as well.
-
Bloody part timer Off topic but where is Henny not seen him round for ages.

Liking the wheels man, and have to agree your idea you have needs to get done bout the skirts. Keep up the work and be different.
-
yep VTS and 106 GTI are basically as quick as a G60 standard.
-
Still think how many times your gonna floor it in say a day and to be honest its not gonna last too long really. Use the progressive controller could make it last a bit longer. Good on turbo cars usr the n2o to get going till boost comes in then it cuts out, so basically using it to spool the turbo and no lag, just hold on off we go

I have FK konigs and on medium setting theyre really supple, never had them on hardest but i should imagine they will go rock solid which in my opinion would be really undrivable but if your only into driving slow they should be ok.
-
Depends how you drive it but last i heard you could get approx 100 shots maybe more out of a bottle.
-
Yep thats how they do it through the chassis rails and mark and identify the wires as they need extending.

Well i fitted vibra competition all round and had no noticable whine at all until i went to the pod then after that it only whines on overdrive/off throttle. Back on throttle part or full its not there?

Bout 30-40 time to refill a 10lb ish size bottle
-
Well that is the only reason i would do it for the corners, heard the synchro stuff can be a bit primative and also break easily around the 300bhp mark so i would want the haldex stuff which would be a lot more work. Opinions all based on no research what so ever by the way so feel free to correct me. Its all well and good takin the car apart but putting it back together is a different kettle of fish, good luck mate :) :)

Always have been for bout 4 years when i knew only 1 was done. Im on the limits of grip now with the power levels but stick 4wd on and i just think it will slow me down and i will need more power, and im not likely to get much more. Plus im not a spanner monkey at all, and as i said it sounds too easy, it always does wrote down :D
-
Would say resprayed something like subaru sonic blue.......only a crap guess
-
Your making all this sound too easy..... Good stuff.

Yea should be good for a laugh    Once its on im gonna tram back on and burn it    Thought garlic bread was the future though. Was near your way on the pikey site road yesterday, im at mexborough and was gonna donny, took the scenic route. Where bouts you? (cos im just gonna do you a favour and steal the bra mate :D ) Would av come to the meet if i knew bout it, was it SYD meet or just a few local types?

Yes looks loads better with those lenses and agree have the slats black. Better buy those inpro now then as i think a big buying spree will be coming soon if the beam works out right.
-
Yes thats what i was trying to get at as well my friend. But all i know was i wanted the 20+psi what BBM stated on the website to hit 300bhp potential but it didnt it only managed 260bhp hence why im interested to see somebody get 300bhp from one of these, sure with the right spec it can be achieved but with mine it could not do it, as yours is so different to mine i hope you do get near the 300bhp you always set out to do. Still its great init, the looks on peoples faces :D  :D

2nd that on Leda they make them how you want them like GAZ do as well.

I disagree with the comment of avoid kits with helper springs on top as thats exactly how KW are. I have FK on and not too happy with them, i was at first but have grown out of them. They were fitted due to good comments heard of them and i couldnt afford the KW, wish i could have fitted them now as thats what is the plan now to get the KW variant 2. You really do get what you paid for with suspension. Surely drilling the airbox with a panel filter would be just as loud as a BMC induction kit? 16" wheels do look right on the c not too big but imo the car needs to be low enough to pull it off otherwise they look like 15's, a little lost.
-
On mine i could only get 1.1 bar out of it on the smallest 50mm pulley and that was on a 1900 big valve head and larger than standard intercooler, so will be interested to see if any1 can get the 20psi+ out of 1.

Surely been the only 1 with a bra tells you something and been different int always a good thing........?

biggerbigben has diesel ratios not sure if its the full box bolted on and he is running 340bhp. Maybe give him a PM.
