  1. Now that's what you should have refered people to in your article on beverageworld.co.uk the beverage website
  2. Don't do any owrk on your corrado just for the sake of it, especially if you need to go somewhere or do something later that day. The job will be awkward, you will spend more money than you think and it will make you late or miss whatever it was you were supposed to do.
  3. For future deer fun, use your handy wheel brace in the boot. I know someone who strangled a fox. And got bitten lots in the process. Don't ever buy bits to make your car work better or look nicer. Your car will know and will break itself to the value of 1.5 x the amount you just spent, just to teach you a lesson.
  4. My valvers arse is sat right down, but the top mounts weren't in too bad a nick when I replaced the shocks. I hope it's just saggy springs, but I need to have it all off to fit new bump stops etc.
  5. Lol.... Yeah, I'm a wrongun.
  6. Well at least I haven't go a golden kn*b on my shoulder... Lol... You're just jealous, it's a symbol of my general excellence. I was thinking about a silver Parrot, but I saw that in the shop and knew I had to have it. Just wait, Gold c0cks will appear in all the big rap videos instead of fat arsed girls and cars with spinners....
  7. Haha.... Fom my deathbed and everything.... You snooze, you lose.
  8. Good skills. BUT IT'S ONLY A CUP OF TEA YOU GIMP!!!!! Why bother getting someone to drive miles to detail your tea. You can't polish a turd.... If it had been a pint of stella I could have understood, but it's a cup of tea, it's no different to what mums drop their kids to school with. and it was new. If it was a 47 year old cup and tea pot, then I would have understood   Sorry, got a bit carried away.
  9. ROFL... I like that comment..... My 16v loses 41hp through the transmission. I think it's down to having an old tired gearbox (183k). I've got a 110k mile unit which I'll probably wack in. Otherwise, good power/torque. I'd be well pleased with that.
  10. You're selling the 16vG60 engine??!!! How come?
  11. Yes it's perfectly normal. The oil light tells you that there is low pressure. Without the engine running there isn't going to be any oil pressure.
  12. Give the ISV a wack with something hard, it might be sticking. Hitting it might free it up. Otherwise look for air leaks.
  13. Have you no shame?? :| Nope and very few morals either... As Mr B himself would say.... Good skills! 8) I would indeed, and I was expecting Toad to respond to that que!!  He's drunk....[/quote:7cd83] Not at all.... I'm too busy having fun trying to work out how to edit an XML file from VB.net. I can edit the Inner text fine, and delete child nodes, but I want to add child nodes and stuff. Anyone know the answer?
  14. Have you no shame?? :| Nope and very few morals either...
  15. That's terrible.....the pun I mean Do you think the deer was blind and just didn't see you? Que the really really bad retort...... I have no idea..................................................................................... :-P
  16. How about painting it on the bumper?
  17. Once the arms are pulled out of the window runners, they just flop around. They're geared to gether to make the window raise/lower level, but the plastic bit on the runner actually raises/lowers the window. It's the only bit connected to the motor/cable.
  18. It is doable.... but you have to bend the door slightly, and really give it some beans... I wasn't keen on it at all... and the window makes a funny noise as it raises now. I might have just been doing it wrong, but there is very little space to play with in the door.
  19. Lol... Cheers! Did get the mech out and a new one back in and TBH.... DON'T EVER TRY IT, BUY A NEW DOOR. You will thank me.
  20. ah but they're just put there to trick you! obviously the track is perfectly passable, the signs just there for everyone else where as I, in my expensive Merc with a super-computer on board, will be fine! *heads directly into ditch* ROFL....
  21. We often get people trying to get along a track next to one of our fields because the Satnav told them too Usually it's a merc or other expensive unit, but a week or two ago an ambulance went up there and had to be towed out. People seem to have outright trust in the technology, and won't question it, even when it's obvious that something is wrong (Like the dead end signs at the end of the road)
  22. Righty... I've drilled all the rivets out of the door and the mech is loose, but I can't get it out... Currently the glass is taped closed. The top of the mech won't come out of the top of the door, I can slide it back and forth, but not squeeze it out... Anyone got any tips?
