Looking good matey, think i'll be spending a while laid next to your car looking underneath it next sunday, And Crazy Dave's for that matter
-
Oh Now I am jelous Lol! let me know if you fancy selling :D
-
Ahhh, Dave said he'd had a fair bit of interst in it, just no one 'sept me turned up to view it  I'm in Dronfield really, but usally in Sheffield as there's nothing here..... It's looking much better now, God knows how I managed to look past the stickers and 'detailing'..... it was really auful ! Spent another £450 getting it looking right. + giving it a full on major service and a set of engine mounts on Sat' just to make sure everything is A-OK.... though I have done 600 miles in it since I bought it, and it's not brocken down yet LOL This is a pick a mate tuk as I was picking it up.... skuze the finger  Hi Bobz, It was my sister who spotted it on the sheffield forum so I thought Na! cant be so looked it up and there it was. Looks better now the stickers are all removed it looks so much better for that bit of extra cash being spent on it, Nice One! and whilst gutted we missed out on buying this car I'm very pleased its gone to a good home! :) Kip. (Judith's other half)
-
Lol! think i'll second that Jim! I had nightmares doing the front engine mount :)
-
Yeah had a good read of the WIKI bill and sounds pretty reasonable for a numpty like me! will give it a go in a week or so. cheers! :)
-
Ah! thought i'd heard that one before, this is the kind of set up i was thinking of Neil so thanks very much! Just a thought though, is it worth putting an in line fuse in to the volt wire? and what would you recomend if so? Many thanks! Kip.
-
No worries, ill lool to see if Judes dims then trace the wire if it does :)
-
Did he use the wire from the glove box light to get it to dim with the dash?
-
Why's that matey? i thought it was pretty straight forward if you have some kind of press, or am i being naive :?
-
Got mine from the link Goldie put up a while ago, Cheers mate! think i'll have a go myself though first as then i know whats been done. thats if i can figure it out  Jude has some in her new storm so can at least look where the wire's are routed. As said in an early post these are getting rare and they asked me for my chassis number so any one after some i'd crack on if i was you!
-
I thought it srewed off :?
-
Does anyone know where this wire is supposed to go to? (VR6)

Thought the dress was lovely  Just watched 3 times so thats nearly half an hour but a marvellous vid indeed Yan! Cheers! Any chance of a copy on disc? Kip -
Oooh, I may have started an internet rumor! I'm not sure where I got that bit of info from, so I would definitely check it out before trying it. Maybe buying some dead tyres and wheels from a scrappy and putting those on would be better? You may well be right mate it just sounds a little odd but then some things do
-
Does letting the tyre's down avoid flat spotting then? I use another set of wheels with cheap tyres but i blow them up a few psi, Irun the tank almost dry aswell. also does oil go off like petrol too? I'm lucky that i have power in my garage so i use an airflow battery conditioner which saves having to reset the ECU when it comes out to play again.
-
Yeah but the engine part is whats the most exciting of a modded car so i reckon as long as you know you are going to do it at some point afterwards i dont think it matters, so long as you drive it steady that is  So do you have any ideas on hoy to press the new bushes back in? been thinking this is probably the worst part other than removing the brake pressure regulator.
-
There is that john but its a preety radical speach and i have to say if that was our president speaking (which it never would be due to all the political correctness brigade) i would feel very proud to be a little more patriotic than i feel about this country at the moment. :?
-
Looks interesting Dave, seeing all these folk having a go at their rear axle bushes is really making me want to do the same
-
There is also Chris Knot. They give discount to CCGB members and will always try to beat your best offer.
-
An amuzing theory Furkz but would you wanna hit the town with 3 women you knew well knowing what a nightmare they are ie drunk after a sniff or would you rather go out with your mates to another part of town? Me thinks the latter
-
Its kinda funny regarding girls not liking you spending money on a Corrado. My ex girlfriend of 5 years hated the fact that i spent so much time and money on a car (its not normal) but you know whenever she and two friends wanted a ride into town on saturday night to be dropped off in the busy area's it was always can you take the Corrado please! WTF!
-
A chufftie indeed mate  nothing finer than compliments from a stranger. so now you're gonna tell me your girlie would rather be driven around in a normal car? Maybe a focus?..........A silver one!

Indeed it would mate, this nation is sadly not so great anymore and run by the f'wits that are too damn scared to even think of the same aproach as the auzzies. There really is no wonder so many emmigrate there from england.
