gonna stick with the wheels for a month or so now, so i might give them a little lick over in a ver light anthracite colour with a clear coat to tidy it up a bit. i am just getting 2 more early grills so i can make a debadged one also a set of camber shims on the way. got a lot of little jobs to do ie: . lower a little more . give the bay a really good clean . get some clean number plates . fix a slight exhaust blow . get a fog lamp . get some decent speakers . do some sound deadening

well pleased for ya buddy was looking top dollar on the weekend and i love that it is a daily. well done!! -
lol cheers guys. i like the different opinions i was a hater now grown to like them but still dont think i am gonna keep, after E38 i have really changed my mind about the LM reps as well. bally - pleased for your result and tell me about it the side skirts do my head in but when i tried to remove them it picked up some paint, the previous owner had it blown over in a non original colour so need to make sure i can get a match before i remove them.
-
would love to remove the skirts but the paint peeled when i tried and it has been blown over in a non original colour so i am a bit worried about getting a good match
-
i chucked that grille (it was in my shed) on cos i did not like the debadged one on there. know what you mean about the wheels they really have grown on me lol
-
after selling my old valver then getting a mk3 vr i had to come back to a corrado. picked it up the other day fairly cheap and looking a bit sorry for its self gave it a service then fitted some spax adjustable coilovers and some wheels, these are temporary as i have some bbs LM replicas coming next week but this is how it stands
-
where is this sensor located, is it the one up by the coil pack?? thanks
-
cheers mate not to worry it only cos i am getting a mk3 vr to break and it has a system on, just means i will have to sell that exhaust to buy an exhaust lol.
-
just a quick question will a mk3 vr6 s/s exhaust fit on a corrado vr6?? thanks for any advice
-
cor that does make a massive difference in the light, very smart
-
thanks mate see what you mean, thats exactly what i was worried of 2 much poke on the front, stunning car what wheels are they?
-
hi am i gonna have to much poke with a 9x16 et 15 on the vr corrado as the have a wider track than the valvers dont they? my valver was fine with that et but not sure if it will work on the vr and advice please
-
thats a good idea will give him a shout cheers
-
ok thats fine with me then lol  thanks for the replys guys

just brought my corrado and the temp took ages to warm up then when driving it would cool off all the way back to below 70. so i done a coolant change and fitted a new thermostat now when driving normally it sits at about 80 degrees, should it not be more like 90?? any one got any other ideas please?? the fans are not running all the time or anything like that.
-
just gonna start this conversion in my mk3 vr read the whole thread very useful, i may need to ask a few questions down the line, its just the wiring and the flashing of the codes from the ecu that worry me.. but i can see people have been successful so i better get on with it lol.
-
real nice car and it was a dream to drive thanks again for lending it
-
cant wait for the changes, the car is to such a high standard i'm sure they will look ace!!!!!!
-
really like this car was lucky enough to look round it when mike had it.
-
yeah i know was not out of choice, a few things took pirority. but the slow rebuild will begin, worked on it today so time will tell. so glad i did not get rid of the body.
-
not selling the body now cant bear for it to go in pieces, gonna take my time and rebuild it slowly, gonna get the underside back to paint and just have it amazingly clean but over a couple of years and also bring it back as a G60.
-
body still for sale
-
hi all, will a flywheel from a G60 fit a VR as the G60 flywheel is already using a VR clutch. justwant to be sure it would go on the actual engine.
-
nice good luck with that.
