  1. I am getting that as well, put it down to the fact I'm abroad but it seems it's not just me ?
  2. I've got a very saggy headlining in my twilight VR, which is stuck in the garage feeling sorry for itself.Happy to get some of the material to you if you want it :)
  3. Still looking, Clumpy's ones aren't right for me :)
  4. I was thinking you might have a set mate, yes I'm interested, not sure I need the door cards though? I'm on holiday at the moment so can't pop down. I'll PM you :)
  5. I'd have no complaints about that, I guess you can just tweak it once its on your computer? I've no idea about all that computer wizardry so I'm hopeful if you do indeed manage to sort it out a cutout for later switches should be easy enough :)
  6. I'd think about a new clutch release fork while you are in there
  7. No idea mate, I guess you would need to get a set scanned and then I can't see why not, couldn't imagine it being cheap though
  8. Ha ha mate, I wish
  9. Glad the magazine made it :) No mate, I'm after a set of aftermarket door pods, they were made by audioscape and are a different shape and the house a bigger than standard speaker......I have a decent amount of standard ones etc :)
  10. I wouldn't know anywhere that would do that. Wish I did. It's just a matter of finding someone that will part with theirs.........I'd also be up for a swap as I have a decent hoard of some of the harder to find bits :)
  11. Come on fellow hoarders, release the pods
  12. Nice to see you back.............again 8)
  13. I wouldn't mind a set of these if anyone has a set lying about? Must be the later type and ideally in black but would consider any colour/condition. I'm away on holiday tomorrow so if anyone else is considering selling any interesting bits, please wait until I return:lol:
  14. And the problem is? Just take control and buy it 8)
  15. I'd say yes to that, my mate has an old skoda and does exactly that
  16. Are the 3 Bowden cables still in place, attached to the airbox? If so it shouldn't be too difficult to get the air to the windscreen with a bit of heat
  17. When the wing goes up............
  18. Not anything specific mate, happy to take some if you like, what exactly are you looking for?
  19. Ha ha, I don't do this stuff for money mate. Happy to have a look to see if I can help at some point though. What did you break on the replacement set? Also ,I'm away on holiday soon so it might need to wait until I'm back. Are they not working at all?
  20. As Sean says, the cogs on the heater box are a problem area, I'm in the middle of refurbishing one at the moment and after a clean and oil, the difference in movement is night and day, plus it gives the chance to get rid of the old foam on the flaps which will be breaking up by now. Handily enough I'm also in Glasgow and you are more than welcome to come and see the setup out of the car, if you like :)
  21. Here is one of the other side, but Jims picture looks better, as for the repair, you won't really know the condition of the inner arch until you dig deep/cut out the front bit
  22. It's self adhesive mate, and very sticky too
  23. The hardest part is splitting the airbox as you could do with 3 hands......just when you have a couple of clips open(without breaking them) you need to move onto the others, then the first ones close again  I snapped a couple sadly but it won't affect anything. The rest is just messy, nothing a bit of sanding and hoovering doesn't fix, then the felt is easy as long as your blade is nice and sharp :)
