  1. Ha ha, I don't do this stuff for money mate. Happy to have a look to see if I can help at some point though. What did you break on the replacement set? Also ,I'm away on holiday soon so it might need to wait until I'm back. Are they not working at all?
  2. As Sean says, the cogs on the heater box are a problem area, I'm in the middle of refurbishing one at the moment and after a clean and oil, the difference in movement is night and day, plus it gives the chance to get rid of the old foam on the flaps which will be breaking up by now. Handily enough I'm also in Glasgow and you are more than welcome to come and see the setup out of the car, if you like :)
  3. Here is one of the other side, but Jims picture looks better, as for the repair, you won't really know the condition of the inner arch until you dig deep/cut out the front bit
  4. It's self adhesive mate, and very sticky too
  5. The hardest part is splitting the airbox as you could do with 3 hands......just when you have a couple of clips open(without breaking them) you need to move onto the others, then the first ones close again  I snapped a couple sadly but it won't affect anything. The rest is just messy, nothing a bit of sanding and hoovering doesn't fix, then the felt is easy as long as your blade is nice and sharp :)
  6. Wee indoor task tonight Panels sanded, ready for felt, kindly supplied by bfstrachan , thanks mate :)
  7. Go on then, always good to have a spare :)
  8. Or put up a picture of the bit you mean
  9. If you get the chance Chris, you are more than welcome to pop round :) My missus is generally fine about the cars as she has zero interest in them so she just doesn't come round that side of the garden much  I won't be getting any work done this week though as she is off to Ibiza with her pals and it'll be me and the wee man home alone
  10. So, had another go at the fuel cap area, and as expected the inner wing is the difficult bit. Got it mostly done now but still got a wee bit to do to allow the fuel cap locking mech to sit correctly. Surprisingly the outer section went in without much fuss, I'm never going to win any body shop awards but it'll do for now :) Work in progress Filler Sanding Primer Couldn't resist giving it a little paint, just to see what the colour match was like, plus it'll keep the work safer :) Also got this fitted to allow me to(hopefully) drop all the underneath stuff off......what could possibly go wrong?
  11. Good stuff mate, it's a job I've been putting off but I'll be getting to it real soon

    Auction

I think badge location can be put down to the dealer/person who put it on, my Storm came with the badge in the wrong place along with the VR6 badge on the wrong side I have a brand new set of Storm badges which come with the exact measurements so I will get them right when they(eventually)go back on
  13. Me too, I'll need a set at some point :)
  14. Probably about £50, send me your details and I'll get you paid
  15. It'll help if you say which engine you have and you might want to put up a picture of the ISV as I can't think of a glue covered screw on mine?
  16. Yes mate, still got a few left, I'll send you a PM in a short while :)
  17. I'll have a look for it later mate and send it to you :)
