Thank you mate, I was confused by the single grey wire :)
-
I have a updated loom I bought years ago, but as usual never got round to fitting it. I think I got it from eBay, but could of been on here? I don't have any installation instructions but it looks fairly straightforward (famous last words) I have 4 questions 1. The 4 spade fittings go where? Are they connected to the 2 plugs behind the passenger side headlight? 2. There is a wire that seems spare at the drivers side plug, it seems to be the grey one , which the wiki says is the sidelight one? Does it plug into the sidelight? If so where is the passenger side equivilent? 3. What do I do with the original plugs? Just leave them loose? 4. Does the lead with the fuses go to the + side of battery?

I solved a long time misfire by re seating the leads, the middle at the back wasn't properly on the plug, it's not that easy to locate as its down a hole . Instant fix, free as well, also read about someone else fixing same problem this way

I received the 2 USA rear number plate holders, traded for a set of standard rear lights and another bit( cover for heater intake at passenger side) . Eric had these with me before I had my parcel collected. Very honest guy. Thanks mate Martin :thumbleft:

Arrived today Thanks one more time :thumbleft: -
Fair enough mate, I'm all for it on the correct roads, but I guess we've all driven too fast on the wrong roads at some point
-
Sounds tasty, but why drive like that on such a narrow, car lined street? what if a wee kid tries to cross the road between cars ?
-
Can't answer any if the technical questions, but I have one if needed :)

Here are the photos as promised, lights are in good condition, a small amount of red overspray on the top of the plastic of the corner sections, not seen and I'm sure easily removed/cleaned off. There are a few very minor scratches/abrasions that are too fine to pick up on camera but best mentioned anyway.
