Mines exactly the same mate and has been for a while now, it worried me a bit before which is why I had it checked out and found the gauges are quite far out. Glad we've all had another water temp discussion, the summer wouldnt be the same without it :D
-
did I miss something but whats the secret mod out of interest ?
-
Temp gauge's in the corrado are notoriously inaccurate, mine started to gain higher readings in the last year and had it checked out with a 'independant gauge' and the cars reading was quite far out......I wouldnt worry to much mate but to put your mind at rest just get it tested. as said though 95 is fine.

oh my god I use to have a burner with red wheels........so cool, brings back a lot of memories :D I will follow this thread with interest

These threads make me feel so bloody lazy......great work, will continue to read with intent :salute:

That's because they're truely horrible sh1te. It was only Scene-points that made them so 'cool' on modded cars once upon a time :camp: They must be the most well known wheels.....R5's must only apply though :gag: The more red rado's I see the more I like, there seems to be more and more on here now.
-
Cheers mate :salute: , I will mess around with it again tonight then.

.....right I got my arse into gear and finally bought a new dash pot......thing is I noticed when screwing the knew one in there is no way the gap between the roller and dashpot tip can be as close as 3mm when the trottle is fully open, did you mean 30mm - even that would be difficult ?? :confused4:
-
I would think anyone getting within 10% of manufactuers figures should be happy with a 15 year old car.....anything above manfactuers figures should be bloody over the moon
-
I think he means with 135k on the clock and 10+ year old car only a couple of BHP down on manufactuers figures aint bad at all.....I'd be happy with those figures.
-
It does suprise me Tim decided to do this, not even 6 months ago I was chatting to him about the possibilities of getting new premises and he seemed against it.....I suppose they will work hard at trying to maintain the laid back attitude and not make it too corporate. Shame about Chessy :(
