if you can call the OEM windows TINTED but my guess is one has a film on and one has been replaced.

pull the fuse for the fag lighter then check you have no voltage, easier than reseting the dash and radio. I'd put a fuse in, just to be sure, but there is no need for a resistor if you are taking it off the original fag wiring, only things is, just dont use your fag lighter with it all wired up, could be to much load on the wire

the dash speakers yuck, bin em, replace the door speakers with some good quality speakers, and put some dome qweeters stuck to the door where the mirror /corner trim is.

What? Where you got that from, you can see mine fine on my US spec C! The Seat Cordoba has one in the same position as the American Spec Corrado, you can only just see it through the car infronts screens. I know cos i commented on it when i was in my G/fs 206CC. so you put it on a LOWERED C and its even lower, making it hard to see from the third car prospective. thats why if you car is lowered, i'd still it at the top of the rear screen.

if your car is lowered then the american third brake light is to low to see from the second car behind you, which is the main reason for them, put one on the center of the screen at the top.

it was a option on UK models i think

look boys VW will never make another Corrado, there are trying to change there position in the market, they are trying to become what Audi once were, now that Audi are trying to move up the market. Seat are more likely to make a corrado sort of car, i mean the the Leon Cupra is far better than any Golf GTI, Seat are becoming the sporty arm of VAG. Skoda are now up there with VW of 5 years ago, pitty about the name skoda have, all down to a few so called funny men taking the pee out of them. How many of you know that the OLD skodas did VERY well rallyeing all those rear engined models!
