  1. its a 92 late g60s have the Vr look!!
  2. is it hard to shut too, try moving the door latch pin on the b pillar. you know how sometimes you can close the door but it doesn't latch all the way, well if you do that, then push the door closed, make sure you cant see the door rise or fall, if its does the hinges may need adjusting.

  5. IRRC the OEM 10 bar one is about 80euros, BUT the gauge will never get that high as the g60 engine oil pressure doesn't get that high

The Slam panel is different i think, you need to check you have a mounting point for it to the left of the standard one. the big rad is a pig to get in, you need to remove most of the front of the car. also if you ever plan to fit a large upfront intercooler then you are about to block the hole the u bend would go down to. basically you'd need a cooler with the in and out at the same end.

  13. you need a tool to wind back the pistons on the rears iirc
  14. from what i remember if you remove the sensor the reading get bypassed, i.e. as if it was never there. so that could be a clue that your sensor has a loose connection.
  15. remove the boost return kit the charger stays VERY cool then compared to with it on
  16. easy to make, for the control syst em you get a button on a non oem steering wheel or rig it to the WOT switch for the water bottle, use a late screen bottle, and use the one that was ment for head lamp washers, then connect that pump to your home make spray bar. job done
  17. you won't cool the charger down with the engine running because its still compressing air. a turbo cools down cause the hot gases are flowing at a drastically lower rate and temperature when at idle.
  18. I personally would look at other modern cars jets, for example the ones on pueg's now spray a large flat jet instead of a single stream of water. they get water overthe screen far better imho

    Watch this space for the G60 induction kit to top them all Needless to say the one i have here nearly ready to fit has a 3l jeep cone filter on it. big shout to G-werks for the pipe, Im just waiting on a rubber 90 deg hose now.

    REAR BUMPER REMOVAL

    Put a big peice of foam of folded cloth on the floor wher you put it down!! but the way its not that light compared to modern cars
  23. Be very careful what you clean the roof lining with, the wrong cleaner can undo the glue that hold the fabric up. I have a few spots on mine that have started to droop. I've got a plan to restore that using a pile of pins and a syring full of glue!!
