    Funny how different engines of the same design react differently. My Rado is crap on Ultimate, much prefers Tesco momentum or Vpower. Tesco's is cheaper tho, and as every little helps... Recently acquired a 30v A6 Avant to help with a forthcoming house move and it doesn't seem to care what you put in it... Good job really as it certainly likes a drink :0S Mark

    Thanks guys; doesn't bother me if it's fixed or adjustable as I have both setups in terms of spares, but I hadn't appreciated there was a difference between early and late. It needs to be a late version to be of use to me, can you confirm Diarmaid 16? Thanks Mark

    Can any Lamin-X users comment on it's effectiveness against stone chips? Also, does it come off without wrecking the lights? Obviously you dont want it coming off too easily, but then you don't want it sticking so hard you wreck the surface of the lights if you ever want to get it off... Mark

    Neil's been moving recently and having all sorts of work done on the new place so I imagine that's causing him major distractions. If you look up his classic parts thread there's a contact number there you should be able to reach him on. It's his work number so he can't ignore it indefinitely, lol!

    Yeah, I had noticed the weather forecast is pretty much continuous rain on Sunday - good 'ol England, but not to worry. Been ages since I've been anywhere interesting in the car so I'm looking forward to it regardless. Mark
