    Heater Matrix

Simples. All you need to do is make or purchase a bridging pipe to link the two hoses located apprx just behind your ignition distributor which join to the heater matrix pipes protruding into the engine bay from bulkhead area. This will bypass the heater matrix. You can obtain suitable pipe work parts from a Plumbase outlet or DIY store. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Lukasem, the price is cheap as it stands for just the fronts I was throwing in the rears and cards. In any case all anyone ever wants with the interiors is the front seats, so the price stands my friend. With regards to postage it could be done but the postage will cost you more than the interior, or indeed at least the same amount. Have yourself a trip to the sunny West Sussex coast and collect these at the same time, as many have done with me prviously. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Going rate, Bargain However they are to be ranked not really too concerned. I am more interested in the storeage space, but if another gets value for money all the better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I have these to offer these from an M plate 16V. Will take £90 for the lot as a bargain price to make space for other storeage. Collection only due to size and weight. Interested? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Thanks Eric for organising the Club display. Great show, great company, fantastic turnout, beautiful weather, brill drive there and back, but the dust storm was pants! I thought your car got dirty getting to a show, not whilst stationary on display! I think I will enter the concors display next year and avoid the Stanford Mistral :-). On my list for next years entertainment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Jamie you would not be letting anyone down! The club is about sharing a common interest in the Corrado, irrespective of the cars condition. Many cars that you might now view as aspirational would likey as not have been nurtured back to this condition from a rather less pretty state. You should find nothing but encouragement from other Club members. I look forward to seeing you and your Corrado at Brooklands. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. One would have thought so, but so many folks down South just don't seem ever to be that bothered about Club days out. Great pity it is, we could have just as much of a laugh as the folks up North do, if only there was the interest. I can't understand it, Brooklands is a fantastic venue steeped in motoring and aviation history, and furthermore there is the Mercedes centre at the same location. What more could you want???! 9. The crank pulley is also an inertia damper, which means it is manufactured from inner and outer metal components bonded together by a rubber core. This allows the high torque crank output to be damped so as not to impart shock upon the other crank pulley driven units. If the bolts that hold the crank pulley are all ok then your pulley is either buckled or the rubber core has failed. If the rubber core had failed, or the pulley is buckled you must replace the pulley as it can not be repaired and will cause greater damage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. A very dissapointing result, and a lost opportunity. Thanks to you Sam for the effort you made, and to those who entered this proposal with sincerity. I am allways ammused by the wannabes that put their names down for such exercises but lack the self honesty and committment to make good. It would be a far better thing to have a proposal fall short at the first point of asking, rather than letting folks raise their hopes in vain. Stool on the bright side I know have £300 to add to my Corrado slush fund :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I have one of these as you ask in very good condition £45 plus p&p Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Am after a set of 16" wheels Schmidt Modern Lines, ronal Aero 16 with 5x100 pcd. Thought I'd go fishing to see if any good used sets out there first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Ok no probs. You can buy the retaining ring, screws and I would recommend you buy the seal as well all from dealer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Hi Ron, I'm up for this, sounds like a good Sunday morning run out.
  16. General call to all those on the list, to ask for a response regarding personal requirements for their tailgate orders. Would be good to know what you want from Performance Trim, so we can get deposits paid and production in progress. I for one would like to think that we could have these components made and fitted before the season ends. Three of us so far have responded and Sam has indicated this against those names respectively. Looking forward to seeing this thread getting a move on now, in theory there is no reason now why we can't get a production slot with Mike.
  17. Many things can cause the high idle speed, common things are throttle valve fault or obstruction, idle screw seal, splits in the rubber induction hose connected to throttle valve, air leaks at inlet manifold area, vacuum pipe/hose splits. If it is an air leak a well tuned ear will be able to hear it. I don't know the level of your personal mechanical ability, but if any of this makes little sense then call a professional to help. You can run up a much bigger bill " having a go". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Onestep, thankyou for your positive response, its much appreciated by me and the group. davidwort, the contents of the tailgate, and that which is retained is optional to each individual. The fact remains, however, that carbon fibre is radically lighter than steel, ergo even when retrimmed to individual specification it will offer a significant weight reduction from the original item. Nobody is suggesting that this component allone will make the Corrado significantly lighter. This component is for those who are incorporating it into a package of weight saving fearures, which as a whole will vastly improve the power to weight ratio. Others will choose this component because of its niche bespoke design qualities, and the visual impact of carbon fibre in its own right as a material with distinctive connections to motorsport and Supercar construction. Other than casting doubt upon the validity product, by making an out of context observation, forgive me but i fail to see how you are making any valid contribution to this process.
  19. This process is like pulling teeth! Thanks to those of you who have indicated your choice. Could the remaining folks who signed up on this thread please indicate their preference. Please do be aware that we require at least four of you to want a carbon option, be it full gloss or standard finish, in order for this group buy to work. We then require deposits to be placed to secure production. Do not panic about the full cost payment,as this will be due much later into production, all that is required for now is 50%.
  20. The clutch pedal will sink and stay on the floor in the abscence of hydraulic resistance. The resistance is generated by there being a sealed hydraulic system free of any trapped air. Your fault is not necessarily with the master cylinder, indeed the usual culprit is the slave cylinder. I would advise that you check then bleed the system thoroughly, starting with the master cylinder then the slave, and then re-check it's operation. A word of warning, however, is to first remove the slave cylinder and check it has not been leaking into the clutch assembly. You don't want to be changing the clutch as a symptom of your current problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Cool, good news. I'm glad you were happy with the casing, it was a pleasure doing business. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Agreed, membrane as per oem fit is not available from dealer. Therefore to replace you will need to get some decent grade polythene sheet and double sided tape, and make your own membrane. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Fendervg, yes it is an ATE genuine parts master cylinder with brake fluid reservoir included. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Ok guys having done a fair amount of business with Mike at Performance Trim I feel suitably qualified to offer reassurance to those who have any concerns over how this product will turn out. I have presently a full carbon bonnet, rear spoiler, and roof. Twice I have now placed my faith in Mike by ordering blind, as we all are with the boot, on both the roof and rear spoiler. On both of these products I was very pleased with the quality and the attention to detail shown by Mike. The panel fit was superb and was a faithfull carbon reproduction of each item. I in common with all of you have financial commitments, and need to spend my hard earnt wisely. I however, have no hesitation what so ever in trusting in Mike, and to that end have placed my 50% deposit. I also believe that oportunities like this do not get offered readily. It would be a crying shame to loose out on this option for the sake of unfounded doubt or a lack of positive action. The debate here is not about how to glaze the boot, that can be an individuals choice after the boot itself is a reality. It matters not wether you fit glass or plastic, the panel will accept either. But please guys let's get the item made first. For those who would question the MOT angle, don't worry it's not an issue, I am an MOT qualified tester and it does not contravene any MOT ruling. Let's keep the focus on the prime issue, and seize this oportunity to aquire a top quality bespoke component from a reputable manufacture. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
