Nice work, fellas 8) Really glad you've finally got it sorted and home :) This should be a good read...
-
Mate, how did they get them out? Did they drill them? Cheers!
-
 Didn't read that before- WTF?! Class!
-
Finally got hold of the RX2s the other day- love them although the polished lips will need a refurb at some stage. Put the front two on today, but when I went to put the rears on, both of the locking wheelnuts totally distorted  Also, the pins in the key were all bent out of shape too! They're gonna have to be drilled out, as they have a swivelling collar so bolt grippers etc are no good :( Wish I'd changed the crappy wheelnuts- knew this would prob happen one day. Stay away from 3-pin locking nuts!
-
Good find. Several C wheels missing though: Estorils, Westwoods, Monte Carlo etc.
-
Got one of these a couple of months ago and the car was noticeably quicker. Have reverted back to the stock chip for the time being though, as it seemed to increase the attempted stalling. Once I get the car running smoothly, it'll be going back in- only a 10 minute job. Bargain for the money.
-
Agree with VR6Corrado- they're pretty damn quick- I remember trying to stay with one when I had my first VR  Got nowhere near it! What have you got under your bonnet then?
-
Probably stretched. Mine were the same- I didn't realise how much until I saw the new ones!
-
Good to hear she got through the MOT with flying colours 8) Well done! Looking forward to those pics :)
-
Godammit, I was going to say that! Seriously, get the M coupe. It's the only car I would even consider changing my Corrado for ( honestly ). It's an amazing car! Really quite a rarity, looks different to anything else, verrrrrry quick, rear wheel drive etc etc. I'd love one 8)
-
BMW Mmmmmmmmm-Coupe! 8)
-
My local tyre/exhaust place had to order these in, as they were slightly different to anything else they had. Was around £10 for the pair IIRC.
-
Patience, my young Corrado padawan, patience... They'll be arriving very soon...
-
Thought we'd arranged a mini-meet for the coming weekend :?: :? Was gonna suggest we delay it a few weeks anyway though, as I've got parents' evenings the following week, so I'll have a fair bit of prep to do at the weekend.
-
At least my 'candle wagon' rolls  ... and rather quickly at that!
-
ps- have you been out in the RS6? One of my dream cars 8)
-
Andy, like the cold air feed in the other thread- nice 'pikey' mod ;) Fancy doing my lights next weekend? Pretty please?
-
Steve, yes it was! Have a set of Irwin Bolt Grippers in the car, too! Just didn't think of it. Will tell them when I book it in next week  Thanks, mate- good call :)
-
Not often that sort of thing happens- nice one. Obviously been looked after, too 8)
-
Absolute bargain! Nice one, Stu 8) Where did Nik and Gav find it?
-
Got it serviced and one of the rear bearings done- they couldn't get the other one undone, so they have to have the car back in a few days to drill the bolt out :?
-
Some pics of what actually needs to be adjusted would be much appreciated- just can't get my head around it really, and absolutely don't want to balls it up :?
-
Yep, get a breaker bar on and it should undo straight away ;)
-
Well done! 8) Really like it- estimated power output?
-
Lovely mota- would like one like this in the future. I'd defo ditch the front badge- get a hairdryer on there ;) Stick with the solitudes, too 8) Any plans? Gonna drop it?
