GLWS. The prices for these 2 cars could act as a good sign for how the wider market is going. Ie: Top end pushing up prices of regular well looked after cars
-
Good luck with the respray. Did you choose the chap who operates out of a unit near Thruxton?
-
Wow - you moved from a Corrado to a 911 964 and still came back. Praise indeed! I have a 997 Carrera 4S but still enjoy going out in the Corrado so can understand the attraction
-
I never understand trying to sell in January. Everyone's spent out over Xmas, the weather is cr@p, it's dark and cold so not exactly ideal conditions for windows down, sunroof open Corrado driving.
-
How much is this? It would be good to return to Stealth and see if the Storm is still reaching the same figures I got back in Dec 2013 when I had the 263 cams fitted by them
-
Another vote for standard set-up. Looks a good base to work from. Enjoy:)
-
An amazing response in the gassing section. Lots of love for Corrados:)
-
You could find it quite frustrating working at Joe Macari when many potential buyers are just after how much a car has gone up in value rather than anything about its performance. Commission of £30 per car at the other place was a real eye opener. Overall a good programme

Merry christmas everyone. Anyone out in their C today?
-
Mxx VWC - looked like a Mystic Blue Storm leaving the roundabout by Ascot racecourse heading towards Bracknell. I was out jogging!
-
We could turn this into the Multi-coloured Swap Shop. Board no.1 Swapping chopper, wants roller skates, Board no.2 Swapping Breitling, wants Corrado VR6.
-
I bought a Tag Heuer when I was 22 and that lasted 18 years as my main watch. I got an Omega Seamaster for my 40th back in 2011. Tag is still going strong and is used on Sundays:)

If only better fuel was the solution to our problems

Wow! That was a big show. Corrado stand looked good and it was good to see the cars adjacent to Scirrocos and Golfs. I liked the display of last series Wheeler Dealers cars in particular. Got a chuftie as I left the car park too!
-
You should go along in the Corrado and say you want to do a part-ex. It will be interesting to see what they offer:)
-
I'm going for the first time next Sunday. Are there any top tips in regards to walking through the various halls or shall I just go with the flow. 60,000 people over 3 days sounds like a lot - is there room to move?
-
How many LK5T Inca Blue Corrado's are there?
Bullfinch replied to Ralphead's topic in General Car Chat
My first Corrado was Inca Blue. Got stolen in Putney back in 1997:( -
What price are they selling for these days? Enough to feed a small child in Africa for a year or two I'm guessing
-
For the record I don't mind paying £475 for my 911. However it did put me off getting an R32 as a 2nd car and sticking with the Corrado.
-
Be thankful you don't own a car that costs £475 per year to tax
-
Can't believe the owner didn't drive it away and instead put it on a trailer
-
I've got a picture of that car at Brooklands back in 1999 at a very early CCGB meeting when I had my Blackberry VR6.
-
Had the car serviced at The Phirm today and the mechanic said it was the best standard VR6 he'd driven. I wonder if they say that to all their customers!
-
I wonder what caused the late name change to Corrado
