Funny enough I just ordered some while in the dealer today. They couldn't find the VR6 ones but did find some from another engine type. I have no idea if they will fit but took a chance on them at only 91p each. I will let you know in a couple of weeks when they arrive... V1H0 412 359

I just went to my dealer for a wiper cover motor. They couldn't find it on their diagram but managed to find it with the part number above. Still available at £7.49. -
VW to make a new Corrdo in 2014 August release.

If I'd thought of it I would have put up a thread "Thinking of swapping the Corrado for a Calibra" :) -
My genuine mats bought 2 months ago from the dealer had them at thebottom but not centralised... Off to the edges. But they look very different to the ones in the picture.
-
Haha about 45 from the dealer including fixing kit.

Congrats. My first is due soon so fingers crossed etc.

Good idea. Less worry and headache about insurance, parts, etc. however when your baby reaches 5 or 6 you may need 2 cars again as you start ferrying them around for clubs and friend visits. But if you sell now you are unlikely to get another corridor similar condition in the future. They are becoming rare. My kids love the Corrado precisely because none of their friends have anything like it and would much rather we use it than our mk4 average family car.

The bottom one. But having been through a few you can't beat the standard vr wheel (if it's a vr of course).

Some random pics. Sorry about the rubbish camera work. My first AGM and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a great time meeting everyone and will post up some random pics later when I'm on the PC.

You car looked great today Karl. Sorry we didn't get to chat for longer.
-
I'm pretty sure they are standard leather Corrado seats rather than recaros, despite the badge.
-
It might have been a combination of a lower car making it harder to get in and out if the bolsters were too big, particularly for the US market where people were a little larger and heavier than in Europe.

I have petrol at last! Yes Cinders you shall go to the ball :)

Technically this was yesterday now... Finally fitted my audioscape pods. I was going to wait until I had new speakers but with a few unexpected expenses that isn't likely to happen for a while longer. So I made some adapters to fit my old smaller speakers into them and then swapped them over. Unfortunately I then spent several hours taking down the rattles I introduced. And by the time I finished that I was working by torch in the dark lol.

Fek, hadn't appreciated how valuable they are. Not sure I feel comforter leaving mine on now.

The passenger handle arrived safely. Thanks.

Watch any vr6 racing video on YouTube and it takes ages to get going. It usually gets left behind at the start but when it gets going it often pulls ahead. But I would still be surprised it can best a 3.2 TT.
-
Congrats. Family take precedence over a car so if you.need the money then break it. However it will be a shame and if it were me then I would return it to standard and sell it whole. But if needs must, then needs must.

Did anyone else spot a smallish 5 spoke alloy on the shelf behind Ed in the Morgan episode? It looked quite like a speedline???
-
TT 225 or S3 get close to those criteria. If 4x4 and VAG wasn't essential then I would throw the early supercharged mini Cooper s into the mix too.
-
^^ thanks.

Thanks. I will probably get it done soon. Nothing majorly wrong with it but it is showing it's age and it's one of the items I want to get around to. I'm fairly sure the trims are.obsolete at vw now. But I'm hoping they can still be got from somewhere else.
-
^^ might be interested in a new fitted windscreen from your guys Ed. Do you also source the trims?
