  3. Many thanks Leon , I will purchase those today .
  4. Bumpy , need these for next week if possible please .
  5. Good result on the mot . Jim I will give that company a ring when my ins is due . Will be interesting to see what they quote me .
  6. I need quite a few clips please , for the black seal trim runner , that covers the seal and the carpet fits under .
  7. Nice one . Mine is up soon . I'm dreading ringing round again , listning to the figure they pluck out of the air .
  8. We bled mine through the calipers till all the air had gone , the peddle was terrible , bled the pump and it was still crap . Bled the master , bingo , better than they have ever been .
  9. Calipers first Rog . Then if you still have a problem like I did, move on to the pump and the master .
  10. No Chris , thank god ! . But the head unit that came with the car was worth a mint ! . Gutted .
  11. I made a similar mistake . When re installing the interior , I put the headunit back in . I had nothing on the floor of the car at all . One live wire in beknown to me was hanging by the glove box area , during the course of the day it got lower and lower , until it touched the floor pan . Loads of smoke from the head unit and it was shot . Lesson learnt ! .
  12. Really glad it's worked out for you Sean . I was hoping a lot of my crashing would be sorted out , when I've renewed the ball joints , bushes etc . Considering the state of these parts you would have thought so . But I'm not 100% . Here's hoping ! , as my suspension is set to the softest I can get it.
  13. The rad and the fan should make no difference to starting at all . I would check the connections on the battery , make sure they are tight , loose connections will cause problems . Also check the crank sensor , it may be that when removing the rad you could have knocked or pulled on the lead or the plug ? , I'm suggesting the sensor as its in that area . Check any other connections in the rad area , i.e. the leads to the coil , anything you could have snagged on without realising when you were taking parts off . Its very unlikely that a part chose to fail at this moment in time .
  14. Excellent news . What a great opportunity that was for you and the VR . Looking forward to seeing the article .
  15. I would love to have my car there . But it's not complete and won't be for a while . Come on chaps , must be some locals up there , that would like their cars on show .
  16. Looks nice Rog , I don't know a lot about these , but from the other comments , it looks like a good choice mate .
  17. Your underlay is now wrecked . Yes the carpet will be fine , but the underlay , no , get rid and start again . While the carpet is out , sprinkle talcum powder on the floor pan . You will see the cause of your leak .
  18. Yep , I think that would look great .
  19. I'm liking This , but then speed lines in graphite grey look nice too .
  20. Nice Sean , good work mate. The weather is dire ! . I tried so many times to get my new carpet fitted , it was a nightmare . I would love to have a nice big garage .
