I would love to have a lump that is this clean one day . Well done sir . -
I would have to check , but from memory I think they were £47.00 each ?
-
I will post the link later . I also used the Heritage underlay on top of the closed cell . Underlay , underlay !
-
I bought the top coat sealer that they sell . Years ago when I did my old seats , I used the furniture clinic products which came with a sealer . I just presumed that you had to seal the Gliptone stuff too ? . Perhaps things have changed , to me simply applying a water based product onto and object that will have wear n tear needs protection. But as said the products today may be a lot More hard wearing .

Leather work looks great Easy . I've just got to seal mine and its all done , apart from the drivers seat , I can't get the bolster repair done until April .
-
Got it off fleabay mate . I don't have the link to hand ATM . Have you been reading my ebay messages? Lol . I always write , speedy delivery thank you .
-
I got the late ones a few weeks back from Heritage , not sure if they have the early ones though? . The ones in your link say 88-95 that can't be right as Early and late are different.

That sunroof repair!! And the windscreen pillars!!.
-
I tested mine loads of times , before I started to fit the new closed cell and underlay , I really wanted to be sure of no leaks !
-
Thanks mate . It says to thin it down for spraying, so I might do so also for applying with a pad .,
-
I've got one of those too Sean , a neighbor gave it to me . The plan was to wait for summer , but I was bored so I did them this week . I've just received the sealant, it says to spray that , surely I can apply this by a pad too ?
-
I did my seats with a sponge this time and a hairdryer to help with drying. I used a small compressor on my old seats last time , but I've no space to spray now . They came out lovely , just the sealer to go on now .
-
Never seen one of those .
-
No worries , as soon as they have been picked up I will let you know .
-
I discussed this with the supplier who was going to do mine . Anything you are making must never have the original company name or logo on it , you will be in court before your feet touch the ground.

I have pmd karmannski back . Waiting on his reply .
-
I may be able to help out here . I will get back to you ASAP .
-
Great news ! I'm glad I didn't start doing them myself now , I was due to send off the lens on Monday , to start the ball rolling .
-
Were these an optional extra at the time of production?

A mrs that is hopeless at maths and believes what you tell her . " oh that turbo I had fitted ?, it was around £200.00 all fitted".

Gone to a good home at least . Agreed Sean, if it's the right car and it's in the best condition, the price has to be paid . -
Welcome along , enjoy .

Welcome to the forum . -
Gold , I will take a pic of the drivers seat before as that is obviously the worst . Easy , yeah one of mine needs gluing too .
-
I did my passenger seat last night . Great finish and an easy product to use . I applied the paint like a French polisher , using a pad of linin . Thanks for the link mate .
