If its a vr6 you dont need to , theres a vac line that runs down the side the timing chains are on , if you feel with your hands there you will find an out let slready there for you it should have a green cap on if i remember correctly Find that and you shouldnt nedd to cut and use your own t piece

Yea Wayne yours look like they have been done with a bat Tan just make sure whoever rolls the arches removes the stone chip and sealer from behind the lip , that will let the arches sit back flat properly I don't think harder suspension is really an option plus you don't want an uncomfy ride or you might stop enjoying it as much as you do I'd seriously look in to milling the disk mounting face on the rear , that will be one of your cheapest options and won't effect your car body / arches , it's been done before on other builds if read and I bet a local machine shop would only charge 20 quid or so to do it Only other thing to do is bang some stretch on , as much as people debate on it and personally I'm not a fan it will work and you never really hear much about people having disasters with it One more thing would be to try some camber shims on the rear that would probs do it aswell

Sorry mic i dont , when i removed all my interior clips i took a selection to vw and we went through all the clips on the computer and foumd the ones i needed , they only cost pennies aswell

Yes you can , replace them all if you can aswell I also ised dynomat on the doors to stop the rattles and i used about 30 sheets of sticky back felt to littally cover the back of every bit of the back of every interior part No rattles for me

Id get the arch lips rolled flat for a start , there is a difference between tolling them flat and flaring them You could always take the disk off the rear and get a machine shop to take 3mm or so of the mounting face , this would help bring the wheel in With all that and maybe using the other tyres you should be ok If its not id just change set up as if its rubbing with just you in it then it mist be quite bad pkus look at the state of your tyres , i wouldnt want to be going quick on those tyres

I run ferodo ds2500 and i cant believe how good they are , thats with a 312 set up though and full braided lines and dot 5.1 fluid Iv never had them fade out on me and have given them some proper hammer in the past , when they get warm they just get better and better to the point where your eye balls feel like there going to fall out lol Cold braking is a bit turn though but its not terrible its just not as good as when there warm
