Sounds like your temp guage is buggered!! If the heater blows warm quite quickly then I would say your thermostat is working alright. What oil temp does it run at?? Timo.

Thats a good point Henny, Didn't know that they were imported in similar numbers. There was also quite a few LHD G60's imported before they were available in the UK. I've always considered the G60 a rarer car and because of that a bit special and unusal. But you learn something new every day! Timo

I see way more VR6's on the road then G60's (not that I see many Corrado's, but when I do, they're VR's). Could it just be because G60's are older and therefore fewer are around? Jinx.............. :lol:

I'm going by the number of Corrados I see. I barely ever see another G60 (unless its yellow!! :mrgreen: :roll: ). Plenty of VR's and 16v's. Timo.

I find that happens alot. In fact it happens just about every time I fill up the car. Like VR6 says just change the angle. Timo.

yeah, i've heard about people having problems with ordering coolers for VR off that site. There always seems to be something missing! Think i'll stick with stealth. Timo.

Is stealth still the best place to get a VR oil cooler from?? Or is there other places that do them too? Also whats the price of these? Ta Timo.

job done. Been out in it today quite a bit. Its sooooo much fun to drive. Ragging the absolute nuts of it. Chucking it into corners as it understeers like a slippy turd!! Loads a fun and like you said kev, cheap as chips!! The car cost me £100!!! what a bargain :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Timo.

The new recruit (aka the thrash car). Finally found a cheap (I mean cheap!!!) run a round. The short journey to work is killing my fuel economy on the VR. And its never clean inside or outside. So, I bought this little thing a few weeks ago and have finally got it fixed,taxed and insured. Quite a nippy wee thing. 1.3 multipoint injection, 75bhp!!! Handles like a bag of poo though. It will now receive all my unvented anger and get a good thrashing. The VR is now for weekend use 8) Timo.
