I just done my chains, I stuck with the 12v stuff, I know it's good for 80K easy, I can't see me doing that sort of mileage before I pull the motor to bits again. If anyone needs any tips on doing chains or timing I can do a write up with pics?

Try Greg Howell, Southam Auto Bodies (or something like that). I've heard a lot of good reports about his work. -
Chris, where is your air flow meter?

I needed something to rest my elbow on. inner door skins are not comfortable....

I'd suspect the ECU relay. 3rd fromt he left, top row, give it a wiggle. or maybe the ignition switch?

white wheels only looks good if you're going for the full on motorsport theme. otherwse, they're just gay. -
nah, the orange one was the ratted up racer. the black one was my show car which I won numerous awards with.... :| check out the interior!

as a guess, I'd say they'd look tacky as sh1t.....

I've got a torque biasing diff in the front of mine too, so my 4WD will only come into play when BOTH front wheels spin. The engine still produces the same amount of power, but's it's how much of that you put down onto the tarmac that counts.... Fair enought the 4wd drivetrain will take SOME power to turn, but, wheelspin is still a power loss...... I don't see any Skyline/EVO/Impreza/Integrale/Quattro owners converting their cars to 2WD to get more power......

Just face it lads, me and Coxy are going to have the best kick ass corrado's in the country  :D

The 2.0 is coming out on Easter Monday. Currently stockpiling all the other bits I'll need and working on getting the VR6 lump back together. I'm gas flowing the VR6 head at the moment (well, not right now, but you know what I mean). I'm just debating whether or not to blow another £550 on some Schrick 276 cams and schrick valve springs....hmmm

My 4WD 6 speed corrado VR6 will be quicker than both, so there

b*mmer! I hope it's all sorted soon. -
mine is a rubber block with loads of holes in it.

fitment is 4x100 with a 57.1 bore. offset (ET) should be 35-38 standard. anything down to ET25 should fit without arch work. try and avaoid going higher than 38, they'll sit in the arches too far and look silly.

mental! :-P

I wouldn't let you put a 20v in my corrado if you paid me for the priviledge.............

No I bet you can't mate :-) Is it me or is your 'to do' list at the bottom of your signature growing?! The only thing I don't like about really short gears is the power band feels like it's been narrowed, in other words the extra torque coupled with short ratios gives a much more instant and harder kick, but over a shorter time....but if you don't mind swapping cogs, then it's not really an issue. I just prefer to stay in one gear and ride the wave of torque. I find the VR's standard 4th ratio particularly good for that! K Despite the short gearing, there's nothing to stop me getting into 3rd pretty early and using the torque. I don't have to stir the box all day and rev the knackers off it. it just means that when I do, the engine is always bang in the power band, and it pulls like crazy in every gear.
