I think it's this - L94E but I would wait for others to confirm. I took it from here http://www.uniquecarsandparts.com.au/co ... n_audi.htm]

Fitted the shim to the top hinge today, works a treat and easy to fit too. Just loosen the top bolt, take the weight off the hinge and slip the shim in, tighten the bolt - jobs a good'en. The shim is about 0.5mm thick which is right for drop on my door but it may need to be thinner or thicker depending on how much play is in the door. Photo attached of the shim. Let me know if anyone wants to try it. Dave

Just thought I'd bring this thread back to life as I've fitted the Fusion blades yesterday and also ground off the lugs on the arms. They seem to wipe the screen pretty well with the washers pumping but we've had no rain so I can't say how well they work at speed. I'll report back when it rains. By the way the cheapest place I've found is Ebay - £15.45 delivered for two 19". Dave

Getting out is another problem, my kit won't fix it. The kit fixes getting in problems. -
I'll send you a shim if it works out. You will still have play in the door but it will close properly, it's a short term fix but there's no reason why it can't be left in for good.

The problem is access to them whilst the door is still on the car. It's a long process to get the door off regarding cables etc. I did have chance to look at an easy solution to this and came up with shimming the top hinge. I experimented with a thin piece of steel and it lifted the door enough to stop it catching on the door pin when closing so I'm gonna make a custom shim at work.

Nice looking car but the only criticism is that the car looks like it doesn't have any wheels, I think the wheels play a huge part in a cars appearance and need to be seen, just my opinion of course.

I had this on my 1st Rado, you can re-attach using a self tapping screw and some washers, that's how it worked for me. Get to it from the inside, I think you have to remove the interior trim panel that covers the spoiler mechanism.

praise b the LOweReD, you are correct, I stripped off the wheel and repositioned the boss and it's sorted now, cheers. I've attached a couple of phone pics to show others what we're on about. I've ringed the shoulder on the boss and also the catch on the column.

Well done Jim, I had that feeling last week - tis good! -
Now there's an idea  I didn't think the boss had anything to do with the instrument stalks? I thought is was something inside the mechanism that controlled the canceling.

If anyone needs Stainless brackets making up give me a shout. Dave -
I thought someone might comment on that. Yes just need to let my account recover, as usual  Thanks for the comments Jim, I'm happy with the way it's turned out. I've spent about £1065 in the 5 months I've had it, the big money going on the alarm, alloys and sorting the rear bumper.

Got the chance to snap it today in work car park.
