I think I've got a surround complete with a broken foglight, no indicator though. Will have to check the darkest depths of the shed.
-
Apparently it's only 'on loan'.
-
 Seriously if you do have trouble shfting them let me know I might take em.
-
Not really what I'm looking for, I'd have thought you could sell these on as it, the buyer fits their own barrel anyway. I don't want to strip down perfectly good handles if you get me. Thanks anyway.
-
As titled - wanted for general spares so absolutely anything considered, any year, any condition. Thanks

The missus took a visit to our local garden/aquatic centre recently and now quite likes the idea of a tank in the lounge.

Was in Asda Long Eaton Notts yesterday and yes they had the same deal on.
-
Date of purchase was 06/04/10 so hopefully should still have stocks.
-
Ok, part number is 357 837 084 and the cost 46p See the attachment, item 7. Hope this helps.

The plastic is easily broken which makes the rod drop out, mine had broken so bought one from the dealer last year around March time.
-
Yeah you can adjust it but it's a tiny screw and a little corrosion can make it difficult to budge without damaging it. I'd grease as much of the sliding parts as possible.

There is a Black plastic sleeve with a couple of holes that slides over a bar in the door lock mechanism. The door pin rod clips into 1 of the holes in this plastic sleeve but beware it's v fiddley. I've played about with this area quite abit last year fixing various problems but I don't think I've got any pics of it. You may get better access/vision if you remove the Black plastic cover on the end of the door, just prise is out.

Does nobody look at water temps these days? I do along with oil temp.

A pleasure as always  -
There was a Red connector plugged into the spare Blue connector, I unplugged the Red connector and left them both unplugged. The Blue one is supposed to be unplugged, the Red one was a 12v supply. Hope this helps.

Bad news Jim. Might have been worth a short video clip on your phone to show the Vauxhall moving, if you wanted to take it further? Seems the front and rear of our cars are under threat too as well as parking dings on the sides :(

Just got back from Showcase cus it's me birthday  after watching Little Fockers, not as funny as the first 2 so only 8/10.

Some driver sides are reverse thread but NOT all, I repaired one last week that was a standard right hand thread. If it's uber tight then I would guess it's a reverse thread. -
Be very careful with the Corrado script badge as it's very weak between the 2 r's. There are 4 lugs at the back equally spaced so try to ease them out bit by bit on each one equally if that makes sense. The VW badge has 2 of the same lugs and is a little more robust. The VR6 badge is held on with double sided tape. Just take your time on both and don't use anything that will scratch your paint when prising them off.

Andy, it's been a tad cold for working outdoors but today seemed tropical in comparison  Also sorted a blank oil temp reading that occured about 6 weeks ago so yes a good afternoon Rado fixing.
-
Thanks, it's very satisfying when a problem like this is sorted especially when you've fixed it yourself...........with a little help from this great forum of course

Finally got round to fixing this problem with big thanks to Chris (RW1) for supplying perfect info in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=99187&hilit=spoiler Turned out to be a rogue wire connected to the spare T1z Blue connector, unplugged this and away she goes so again big thanks to Chris for his help.
