Was this one for sale on E38???? Bargain price IMO as the Recaro's must be worth £500 on their own :) As Andy said Earlier, Always good to see some more Nugget Yellow C's!!!! Just need to see more at some shows! I bet If Andy isn't at Inters on the Sunday I'll have the Only Nugget Yellow C on the Club Stand

Corrado VS VRS poo !! who do think wins in this video ??

Or I just hate skodas? I prefer decent cars :)[/quote:a8979] Mmmmm thats why in last years Autoexpress Reader Survey 3 skodas were in the Top Ten and this year the Octy2 was number 1  My fab vRS cost me £12K a total bargain considering that a Polo with a 130PD lump in it was £2K more!!!! I love the fact I can kick it's head in, cruise at 100-110mph, get to Hull from Darlo in 55min 8) and it dunt dip below 30mpg Plus as it's Revo'd it's as fast as my C! If you haven't actually owned one I think you should keep your narrow minded comments to your self  -

Unless you have some Phat 8"-9" 15's I think they look lost! My BBS Cabby wheels looked spot on from the side but just got lost from behind! ATS's should fit the brakes, My BBS's did they have a similar dish????

Looks Lurvley! Love all extras over the std GTI's like Chromolux glass, Electric Recaro's Yum Yum BBS RS/RM's (I can never tell the difference) Best Colour too IMO! If I could live with a left Hooker I'd consider one! BTW How clean is that engine bay????????? G60 bays are a nightmare, the only other one I've seen as clean as that is Andy665's Nugget Rado! Not fancy a Lysholm charger :norty: -

You missed my first question, why the RS2 badging? Plans to put a 2.2 20v under the bonnet? :D Dunno, it was on it when I bought it  Think it looks kinda cool 8) -
Right This Aquamist thing, I understand it helps cool the inlet air and so generate more power! Are they worth it for my car as It's 180bhp at the mo, With a remap I'm hoping for 230-240bhp! Heard a few guys using them on IHI'd turbo cars, but thinking maybe overkill for mine???? Found A supplier here: http://www.interex.co.uk/ Any of you high power G60/BBM guys got one or anyone with a VR-T??? Cheers Guys Steve

Well they Turned Up Today! And thank the Lord they Fit without me having to pi55 around with my coilovers  So anyone wanna buy a set of BBS Sportsline Cabby Wheels????? 8) BBS LM's in rare 4x100PCD! Thanks Mike_G60! They are the Mutts! Got them whapped on in the pissing rain and went for a quick drive to make sure they don't catch.....which they don't! Hurrah! Most expensive set of wheels I've ever bought but They look effing gorgous! Few pics after the rain stopped and I could give her a wash! Set the car off a treat! What do you think???? -
Not saying the Qpeng isn't an option, I spose if you have bought a motor with no Loom ECU or keys it could be a hassle free way of getting it to work! As trying to track down the right loom and ECU for the motor you have might be a complete 'mare! Plus last time I looked Qpeng was a tad pricey! I did a fair bit of research and looking at other conversions, talking to the main players in conversions ie JBS, Awesome, Dubsport etc etc! Before plumping for what I've got! With quite a few of the DTA/Emerald etc equipped cars, they pop and bang, never run well from cold have had many expensive RR sessions to set them up and still the owners have the Laptops out fiddling with the map! If thats what floats your boat then fine, but not me, I'd rather get in, turn the key and drive without the hassle and know it's going to run as VW intented! I think they're are a couple of 1.8T corrado's on here running std VAG management, Think Jeffcabbage's BAM equipped Corrado is on VAG running gear! I'm even using the DBW throttle! As dsj20v pointed out earlier, mine does through up a few fault codes when you plug in VAG-com but it's always the same ones, Intrument cluster, Airbag and summat else! Mine's even running the air pump that they come with :) Makes for weird start up noises! If I had everything there, I would get the ECU De-Transpondered and a Loom made (Roughly £300-500) and have be safe in the knowledge that you have VW diagnostic software to trace any faults/probs you may have! thats my 2p worth anyhow!
