  1. I actually think these are upto G Reg - just one of them oddities - chap who visited my yard knew straight off the bat they existed - late ones seems to fit all models so it’s possible yours may have been swapped out also .
  2. Yes forgot to mention that - early look sleeker - they are still listed on etka them .
  3. Your right Dox 100 percent - when I saw his car was late and the picture of the so called damage after been called a bad seller and making something up I should kept to the facts but said he was the dishonest one not me and he has cut them.
  4. Found it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Water-Pump-for-Parking-Heater-0392020024-Bosch-Auxiliary-Additional-1040347-New-/232414726346?epid=25005452237&hash=item361cff48ca%3Ag%3AGIsAAOSwOnVg5a01&fbclid=IwAR2Imlo335y1SnmFks3q20kTmiwS_M-s7cU4kKGYdWoJqXZkNlEitZWzKng&nma=true&si=WGGx9nJgmTfbqCcrPK15kJuuW2E%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
  5. I got one a couple of years back see i f i can find it on my ebay previous sales- might be to far back- for a 95 vr.
  6. 100 percent chap I learnt the hard way - gave me neg feedback to - im only selling to known friends now or people i know on here- car meets ok as well if i can take with me. It seems like we have all had our hands slapped on there- with the high charges and postage now alongside seller support I certainly wont be selling anything else on that platform . I know things get damaged in the post but this is not damage as I know i packed them good and his initial email straight out with a lie he had an early car.
  7. That is real bad mate and you was supplying a part really help someone out- the worst part is the liar makes out that you are a liar and that is the part that gets you that you are as low as them. I forgot to add the package - it was fully tubed and multiple bags crunched in end of tubes and seals put through bags- packaged so unable to move- Im sure if the parcel arrived damaged I would of found out quicker then 2 weeks and photos of damage 6 emails later. ! Ebay decide on 12th so cant really name but will after. Blue bit is blanked out address .
  8. Sorry to have to write this but its annoyed me that much I have stopped selling on ebay as life is to short to be dealing with such a occurrence. Sorry if this bores you all. I sold these early refurbished gutter seals on ebay. Im sure you can see its a very clear description to show the difference and even a photo showing early and late. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/284574495477 Now I didn't even know they existed in till i was a breaking a G reg corrado very early- an old boy came to my yard for some parts and lifted the seals off and said no good i need late- I said they all the same mate he said they shorter- so i said ok and thought I would take them home to compare and to my surprise he was spot on - you can see they are square and not diagonal at the end like late. To cut a long story short I got a message off a seller 2 weeks later after delivery saying there is no such thing as an early seal and HIS CAR WAS ALL EARLY PARTS so cant be true- to add the ends have been damaged in postage - I thought odd because I tubed them and put lots plastic bags crunched up in tube so seals could no be damaged. HE is saying no such thing exists and Im dishonest . Annoyingly etka does not show a variation but it also does not show a variation for the early front window seal that had the sticking out notch at the bottom so etka has deleted some very early parts on there over the years - he is using this against me on etka. Here no 28 on diagram to show as an example - you can see no variation . I will attach a picture. https://www.ilcats.ru/vw/?function=getParts&market=RDW&model=COR&modelcode=76&year=1994&group=8&subgroup=837&part=155000&pid=3181&language=en Really annoyingly his applied for a refund saying all of above. The the thing is if you look at the photos below it dont take a rocket scientist to see he has chopped them to try and mod them to fit or vandalised to get a return as there was no returns on them if purchased the wrong part. I have some other here and sent them to my mate showing me hitting them and its not plausible how his are. I reached out to Kev who has a very early G reg valver and guess what same seals - i thought great sent photos to buyer and guess what he says no they must be off another car passat or jetta its a joke . I told him I will get a letter of the club to prove it and he says you mean a letter off your mate down the pub. Just to top it off I found his car on the FB page and guess what he said he had an early but its a late G60 body. Hope that makes sense guys and sorry to bore you but feel like I have been poorly treated and wanted to advise people to be careful of ebay as they will always back the buyer. Buyers car below. I believe these seals are only on first or second year production- late seal fits all but an early will only fit an early- dont ask me how but its a fact. These were oe fitment on the red valver- black car is Kevs. Sow looking at giving full refind and getting some extremely rare parts that have been butchered - now if he just said pretty please can i retuen as 150 down and looking at 400 for a new set i would of said go on if you pay postage back. No way that is damage caused by packaging .

    side repeater seal

If you decide to get some original ones you can still buy hella which is a damn rarity for any lense - I have got about 10 sets here as have three cars that use them because I can see on Hella light they are phasing out. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223093664313?fits=Model%3ACorrado&epid=648812553&hash=item33f16b2a39:g:NqYAAOSwytFbasHk
  10. First of all if its a specialist garage and its not Stealth racing then best pull it out because I wouldn't be giving no firm big money unless I knew they new engine inside out. Secondly oil consumption can be caused by valve stem seals which in general could be a top of head rebuild and chains when its out- other oil consumption can be due to ovulation of cylinder- also to add chains getting old might have your timing out leading to a bent valve or two. My advice is get it to stealth and have the top and bottom rebuilt and get it up to a true 2.9 and engine should be good for many years to come with the chains as part of the build - water pump - oil pump - looking around 4 k- but better that then spending that else where for half the work and half the job and knowledge. You wait after its rebuilt after 500 mile break in will feel like a new car will pull like a train- well worth it.
  11. Congratulations chap - are you going to get a real nice daily or something else - it’s a stressful thing selling a Corrado as bit of a cult car but you seemed to of got it out the stables quick enough .
  12. Jabba are good - dont get me wrong they will have your car for a whiles so don't expect back in a rush - Brian is a good mechanic though and little touches like he chalks all the bolts when torqued . his got mine running lovely - did a good run the other day and the boost was going up around 2000 and above on mfa - this video explains- may well be worth getting you charger serviced first before driving the car about which also needs a to have a 500 mile break in before giving it the beans. I was crapping myself in mine as the last service was in 2012 but now serviced . Mine is a stage 4 ported and a miltek cat delete - rsr kit- I would like to see it up to 2200 which i think some new boost hoses and clamps will do the trick as got a new cooler all ready on car.
  13. I have a Gurven billet one on mine. https://www.gruvenparts.com/auxiliary-water-pump-bracket/
  14. I believe the JP one is 4 bar but not a great brand - again worth contacting there HQ to confirm it is indeed a 4 bar. Hopefully the vdo will make another batch - might be due to covid last couple of years .
  15. Just to add the blue sensor in the coolant flange front of engine signals to the ecu so its good practice to fit a new gen vag one on purchasing a used classic vw- relatively cheap and illuminates.
  16. Welcome to the forum and congrats on your G60 purchase. Lotus esprit is always a car I have my eye on. Take off ISV and clean it out with carb cleaner - its the round cylinder object on top of the inlet manifold. Always worth checking leads and dizzy. If you cant suss it out best take to an expert like Stealth racing or Jabba sport as they have seen this issues before and should be able to identify the problem.
  17. Did you put a new seal on the sunroof panel - sometimes that makes a clunk when new in till its molded in good.
  18. I bet James would of been tempted to buy this before he restored his sherry pearl is it.

    Strut bar?

You could get it in black and then get a neuspeed decal made for it- limited edition ha - I can sell for 1 million dollars. This may fit you could do a rear seat delete and make the first rado clubsport. They sell a carpet to - im not sure the rear seat well is different on a corrado for carpet fitment. . https://sternperformance.de/de/home/226-clubsport-set-strebe-mit-netz-fuer-golf-2.html https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-anzeige/clubsport-komplettset-strebe-netz-teppich-fuer-vw-golf-2/1988799917-223-12984

    Strut bar?

If you have the K brace you will have to drill though mate . The trimport looks bolt on bolt off . Here it is anyway. https://www.bafmotorsport.co.uk/products/volkswagen-golf-mk2-k-brace?variant=38007283056793&currency=GBP&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&utm_campaign=gs-2022-01-27&utm_source=google&utm_medium=smart_campaign&gclid=Cj0KCQjw6J-SBhCrARIsAH0yMZjAbYUnFPLhMC0SmwT_08eJK1ib2D-MiDne2-yM2Ps38PuBa2dXty8aAuriEALw_wcB This video is how they mount fittings etc.

    Strut bar?

I dont mate - my mk2 had a rear K brace once as there are 2 holes the same I found on the rear turrets so four in total that need welding on the inner metal skin- external arch is good - ex owners the buggers. lol. Hopefully a member has tried out the trimsport rear strut for a review ? would of looked like this .

    Strut bar?

Trimsport did a rear strut with no holes need drilling - says they are bringing a new version out- might be worth an email. https://trimsport.bigcartel.com/product/trimsport-aluminium-rear-strut-brace-for-vw-golf-mk2-corrado
  24. Great retro Canadian review of the Corrado- been Cannadian yourself I though I would post here. The main studio presenter clearly was very excited and the driver a bit gutted at the cost. The Saab spg is the 900 Turbo.
