Yes agreed they do look like INPRO. Did the INpro look good on the Rado. The indicator lens looks different then the ones I have purchased .
-
They should fit , there are only three variations of late style fogs. Our spec France yellow glass Dummy No variations for left + RHD No 10 on diagram http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/COR/year/1995/drive_standart/76/hg_ug/941/subcategory/220000/part_id/3690176/lang/e#sec_10

Im pretty sure they will be correct as they are just made specific for the Corrado. The actual glass lens is flush with the housing trim so I think the picture is misleading , they appear to be sold out now by the looks of it, but I'm sure they will make a new batch . There is that matter of are the LHD the same as RHD , is it just the main headlights that are different anyone know?

Sprinter does them is an option. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Corrado-Nebelscheinwerfer-Blinker-US-beige-fog-light-535947699B-535941700B/163475078383?hash=item260fdfbcef:g:m90AAOSw~T9aYHzx&frcectupt=true

Ok that does sound odd that they have the same springs, have you contacted the manufacturer to confirm that, or Larkspeed are pretty good. I know the golf and Corrado VR6 share the same springs.
-
My H and R springs came off some tired Yellow sports Bilstein shocks that were about 15 years old so I can'r really comment, however I imagine they were a great sports set up when new but Ive always prefered a softer set for the sort of motoring I do. Don't quote me on it but I think the H and R springs need to be used with sports shocks as they are stiffer then the Eibach, maybe someone else knows off here ? H and R are a quality brand .
-
If the shocks are not worn then the Eibach are fine with B4 shocks. I have that set up myself. Remember these after market companies sell these springs normally stand alone to go on stock struts, you could splash out more for some sportier shocks but the ride quality will be a bit more harsh especially over bumpy roads . Depends what you want sport/handling or comfort, I went half way so did the B4 set up with Eibach springs , but more then anything the ass on a Rado needs to be dropped so it don't look like the car fell on the chassis from factory. Retailing companies will always try and sell you the whole set up of B12 etc because it increases the premium. I spoke to Eibach and they advised me that the B4 shocks are 10 % stiffer then stock shocks and It was fine to put the lowering /springs on them. With any lowering spring though it will shorten the life of your shocks of course but still good for 8/10 years I reckon.

Powder coating is not the best but is cost efficient, my Rado is a second car and I don't take it out in rain or snow, so I'm quite happy with powder coating.
-
Ok great thanks for posting, that's what they are meant to look like , glad you posted as my Hella are that fogged now I feel happy that these ones I have purchased look a lot like stock.
-
That could be an option but I'm hoping they are more like the stock Hella lenses and the pic posted by Dragon Green are glass ARZ ones, but as mentioned they do look like a good fit which is the important bit.
-
Would rather them like the Hella to be honest , it does say chrome and crystal clear, so you have to get some chrome bulbs with them unless you want the orange showing through. I think that picture might be arz marco ones as they are described as crystal clear. Diedrichs (ones I have purchased) ARZ Glass

Looks like the last stock Hella ones sold for just over £100 a pair. https://www.vwheritage.com/535953142b-front-indicator-assembly-clear-right-vw-spare

Will do Gerry, I'll post some pics, but I imagine they are good quality as they are German manufactured. To be fair it's them or ARZ glass ones I believe that are £100 pounds or so including delivery and I think the ones I have purchased look more like stock Hella from the pictures. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-Indicators-Blinkleuchten-Set-Clear-Glass-VW-Corrado-New/323828728359?_trksid=p2485497.m4902.l9144 I believe the stock Hella Indicator lenses are now obsolete unless they run another batch.
-
My front indicator lenses were badly fogged and had several bad chips/ small cracks . Stumbled across these tonight, hope they are good quality. Under £40 for the set delivered. https://www.buycarparts.co.uk/hd-karosserieteile/7038489 Please note this company is actually based in Germany.

I've purchased cars far away before and have asked the seller to drop it off at the local specialist for a pre inspection, but these were Porche 911's that the sellers wanted top money for so didn't want to risk it . However if your serious about the car £60 wont hurt for a pre inspection.

Ive got two new toyo proxies on my spped lines stored in the garage , If I had know thay had a bad rep there's noway I would of purchased them Also owned some 18 Hankook Venus on my old R129 SL500 and the car slid out at the back a couple of times, but it was sort of fun.
-
Still for sale.

That's interesting, I use to rate Perilli tyres in till I owned a Mustang GT S550 that had them as stock brand new, The car drove like it was on ice with really bad rear wheel hop, changed them out for some Michelin Pilot sports and it transformed the car. Sometimes I think Large car manufactures do a deal with the tyre manufactures and might not manufacture their tyres to their normal quality to strike up the right price to the car industry,

Are Avon 205/45 R16 any good for a 16 rim, they were a good price so thought I would give them a bash, but only done about 70 miles in them in good weather.
-
The interior, body coded grill and alloys would lead you to believe it's a Storm unless parts were adopted form another Storm model. I think the storm badge is missing from the gear stick trim.
-
Thank Fen I'll keep that in mind in the future but I can't bring myself to peel off the membrane now it has been newly fitted. One thing I was thinking is some waterproof treatment to the bottom of the internal door as this looks like a very damp area and prone to erosion.
-
Ok thanks Dox think I will leave it be for the time been. Cheers.

Thanks somone showed me how to remove the doors cards a few weeks ago so can get them off in under 5 minutes . Does the whole window aperture have to be taken out of the door to replace them or can you just pop them off when they are in the horizontal track at the bottom of the door? Can you inspect the door rollers visually by lowering the window when the door card is off by looking at the horizontal strip at the bottom of the door. Cheers.
