  1. Thanks Shaun . Just the cable end fuse box for the motors - red live single pin and the brown single pni- clearly when stripped from car they just chopped off the fuse box end for convenience I suppose- have already sourced the fuse box connector 161 937 501 that the fuse goes into. All ready have the stock heated loom in place so all good on that. Need part number 701906231 live red + 3A0 922751 brown earth Picture below of the plugs I need if anyone can help- thanks. Anyone know what fuse it should take ? Is it a 20A yellow fuse by chance ? Thanks
  2. Nice one chap with some of them numbers starting with 191 I imagine its the same pump for a Mk2 golf 16V 1990 late big bumper ? Thanks
  3. Thanks Cres much appreciated
  4. Thanks TD I really like them it is such a classic design they got it spot on at Recaro - Just got to sort the loom out as its bit incomplete.
  5. Cheers . Sometimes I use google to find something out and it shows a link for the Forum and a few sentences and click on it and says invalid.
  6. Finally got a set very happy with the way they look and was worth hunting for a set all this time, ended up shipping some over from Amsterdam. Very good condition no need for a retrim and have heating.
  7. Yep needed to read a few thing lately and was disappointed not to be able to retrieve the information.
  8. Can you put the original Rado gear knob and gator on a o2 J -
  9. If you watch this video folks - guy had a bushing kit but had to make up the rest of the failed parts as obsolete- that is exactly why I purchased the whole unit - all new and with the obsolete parts- no second hand unit from another platform - brand spankers . That tube is more important then you think and the bottom clip. If you have crunching reverse gear that bottom clip will not be helping as it engages it- not good for your gearbox at all. The tube guides the shift so when that wears down not nice at all. I will trial run it and so is Vince and give some feedback- the seller said they are the last batch so that is food for thought for everyone.
  10. Well worth it I would say - gear shift is often overlooked but can make a huge difference to the overall drive experience.
  11. Hi I will give a full review chaps- my gear change is long ,tired and a disgrace to the driving experience. I think you're better off looking out for a Gema 35 short shift kit as well as the solid cable mounts, it comes complete with the white tube and the bottom clip which are both obsolete and don't come with a rebuild kit. Also tired links in the bay could be adding to the issue. If this dont work then putting an auto in - joke !!! https://www.maxrpm.de/Short-shifter-for-Corrado-Build-all-likewise-G60-about-35
  12. Are you outside of England because its OK In England to go further then 5 miles.
  13. Spot on I think this is what damaged mine the centre dash was out recently when the gauges were fitted I guess for the cabling. Could be the gauges have streched the frame a little as well I guess .
  14. Sure be lucky to get one with no snapped tabs but frame must be good. Early ones are a lot cheaper and more available
  15. I think that is the same seller that was barred from here Dox - has a few different sale identities you know - not make it obvious that he is running a business dismantling cars to the taxman I imagine . He is the greediest seller I have seen and is officially on the greedy pig list Im afraid. - sam salvage asking stupid money for damaged second hand parts- I call him sam the savage. He will never get any business off me- rather have a broken trim the line his pockets.. Had a few prices all ready for under a £100.00 now . Its a weird one, Im wondering if I left my car unlocked and someone was trying to get the stereo out or even worse my gauges. Two cracks all the way through like something has been wedged to the side of it- just appeared a couple of days ago as I noticed my stereo was sticking out at an angle where the frame has cracked. P.s that trim his selling for 300 is damaged as well - what a joker.
  16. Wish it was chap it is a crack on the main side frame ell the way through next to the stereo just below the heater.
  17. Thanks chap these are getting hard to come by - they actually still do the LHD version. There are loads of these for the MK2 golf but thin on the ground for a corrado.
  18. Number on this website chap. https://www.helperformance.com/
  19. Yes you have to send them in to be replicated - with that price you get stainless steel banjo bolts and washers- but dont sound alot but they are about £8 each from the stealers I believe - make sure you ask for the bolts and washers as part of the deal .
  20. Not at all chap think they cost £350 for x 7 from memory - they are very time consuming to make be fair as each one is a different shape and length with different bands in the metal. Don't half give the bay a facelift though and peace of mind replacing the old lines. Got four new bosch injectors at the same time cost about £80.00 for them. I have the Bosch part number for them - Vag charge nearly double for the same ones with vag part number on them.
  21. Hi, Im after a late centre trim console - mine has a crack and would like to replace. Thanks .
